The sales rep Michelle over there was very helpful. Help me download the app and save even more on top of the $25 promotion card my $85 purchase turned out to be only $35. Thanks Michelle, and I take all my kids, my wife and I staff is always very helpful

The return policy is only if never worn, so if you wore them once and they hurt your feet or you just don't want them, you can't return them at all. You pay all that money to be stuck with shoes! I will never buy from Van's ever again! They need better policies, especially for expensive shoes!
