Daniella was so helpful. Had an issue with my phone. Customer service was not able to help me after hours on the phone.She not only took care of the problem but showed me how to avoid it in the future. She has excellent customer service skills.

I've been waiting for an express pick-up from this store all day, because I don't live in the area, I drove an hour to wait near the store. I never got any communication after all day of waiting - so I went in and asked about it. They were rushed and rude and said it was never coming and I shouldn't have come in without a message from them.Come to find out, it was never coming, they sold it to someone else, and it's my problem, and my fault for coming in without a text.They weren't very apologetic and made it seem like it was my fault for ordering it online (it said it was available for express pick-up here) and mumbled something about inventories and availability - like I would be able to know anything about that other than what Verizon told me - it was available.They won't do ANYTHING, I need to call customer service and cancel it, and they were never going to tell me it wasn't coming. I probably would have waited days before they told me I didn't have a phone. It's my problem now and I could have ordered to ship and not wasted a while day. Poor customer service all around, bad online shopping systems, bad Verizon, and there's nothing I can do except say - Don't come here.

The attention that Daniela gave me was terrible…He told me about four times that my phone didn't work that I had to change my phone, I left the store upset and called Apple...In less than five minutes my phone was working again as before...

I bought an iPhone 14 at this location on October 28th, 2023. My sales rep was Jonathon. I bought this phone because my previous phone was stolen the night before at a festival. I was told the phone was $800, which I was fine with. I was told it was a 3-year plan which with no interest is fine. I calculated what my monthly bill would be it should have been $22.22 although it turns out it’s $22.50 which is also not too big a deal there is only a $10 difference. I’m assuming he must have just rounded down from $810 to $800 to make it sound like a better deal. Here’s the part that shocked me though when I double-checked my account, I found out my monthly payment was going to be $39.50. I decided to check the piece of paper he had given me after he had me make the first payment in the store. Now at the time, I assumed this paper was just a receipt for that initial payment and just put it in the bag without really looking at it. It turns out it was an agreement for protection that was not disclosed, and I did not sign but on this contract, the box for protection is checked and initials follow it. This raises another problem; they are not even my initials. Here’s the best part though this policy is $17 a month while the phone is just $22.50 a month. After looking into the policy, it turns out that if you ever wanted to use it to replace the phone there’s a $250 deductible. So, after doing some simple math here the cost of the phone over the term is $810 and the cost of the warranty over the term assuming you need to use it is $862. Now I’m not sure on what planet that makes sense but back here on Earth, that’s insane. I don’t know what he was thinking but if he thought stuffing a warranty into the plan was ethical and ok, he would be wrong I’m also not sure how he thought I wouldn’t figure out the payment was almost double what I agreed to. Now I’m not someone eager to complain but not being disclosed a product and being lied to about payments is where I draw the line in fact if I didn’t live across the country, I would be stopping by to talk to someone. I will also be submitting a claim directly to Verizon.I look forward to your response.best regards

Bad business practices here please stay away they tell you we have to cancel you online order then they tell you “we don’t have the phone you ordered , but we do have with a bundle, so now we have to sell it to you for $210” they are ridiculous say the only have iPhones to sell with a bundle!!!! Get the Fudge out oh here with that nonsense bruh!!!!!!

Awesome service. Zubaida was so helpful. Instantly greeted at the door. Switching networks can be a little stressful but she made the transition so easy. I was really comfortable after everything was done. Felt great about joining the Verizon family and excited.

I've been going to this location for about a year now , and unfortunately I don't feel safe here, I've been lied, misled and now I owe over $200 for fees and services not explained to me, I simply came for a transfer home internet router and was given two routers for supposedly the price of one! Beware of the guy who talks too much and lies after you simply ask if there won't be any surprise fees, no staff member wants to resolve their misled lies and simply say its not their fault, talk to customer services. Very unprofessional.

I had a great experience at the Verizon store today. Zubaida was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made buying my new phone so easy. She even took the time to look for promotions for the products I was interested in. A+ service today.
