I was a former employee at Victaulic just recently left moved out of state i was working night shift with Victor B. Let me tell you I been in other warehouses and I never met a manager who cares about his employees the way Victor does, it was always our safety first before anything else. Work was important but not as important as our safety, Definitely felt like a family there. During my time I also only saw people get fired due to not being able to work with others and Victaulic is a team effort company and not everybody understands what working on a team means? Victaulic is a great company and not just cares about production but about the people that work there. Thank you Victaulic for the job opportunity. I enjoyed working with yall. Thanks Victor B for being an awesome manager and having patients with me as I learned the process much love hope yall are well✌️
