I choose one star but they deserve no stars what so ever at pharmacy dept. I went to pick my prescription today at the drive thru and I arrived at 11:29 am, it took up to 11:45 for the only customer ahead of me to moved, then nobody at the window, wait 3 minutes and pressed the service buttom, someone says I'll be right there, waited 3 more minutes and a girl came to the window asking what do I need, so, told her that she never apologized for the waiting and she started giving me an attitude, making the long story short she let me wait 10 more minutes, she said that I was yelling at her when I was not, this place need to train their pharmacy employes in customer service, she was very rude and of course, like always only one person helping drive thru and lobby and maybe 5 people with the pharmacist, I am taking my business out of this pharmacy, they are rude and make you wait all the time with no apologies, and Walgreens says that they need to help customers or patients fast so they come back, as per myself I will do all that is in my hands to tell my family and friends not to go there. The customer service has definitely declined at this location. A few of the pharmacists are extremely rude, including in urgent cases. No one ever answers their phone. I went in for seizure meds and the supervisor asked if it was a controlled substance... really?Improve your customer service please.

The pharmacy is the absolute worst in this entire city! They are slower than sloths, they have the worst customer service, they all huddle out of sight while there is a long line waiting for service. They take forever to answer the phone if they even answer. Management does nothing to correct the issue.

I'd rather drive out of my way to another pharmacy than come here. Understaffed and so very slow. My Dr called in a prescription this morning, 2:15 and still not filled. Waited in drive thru line forever only for them to tell me to come back. Drove off and got notification it was ready. Wtf. Hire more people or don't take on more than you can handle. So ridiculous!

I always have horrible experiences with employees here. Also, update your store hours instead of having employees rudely tell customers off.

Waited in line 20 minutes at the pharmacy only to be told that I should ask another employee on the floor for a medication I was looking for. Didn't even look it up. Ridiculous.

Do yourself a huge favor and go to any other pharmacy but this one. Might even be able to score some medication from the crackheads in the back of the store easier and faster.

If I can leave a negative star, I would. There is a staff there by the name of CRYSTAL who is just awful. She is rude condescending and just straight out disrespectful. Clearly management is not handling this because of the way she was talking to customers and the attitude that she has towards customers. She very much has an "I own this store attitude". She let me know that my prescription was going to be ready in a half an hour, and here I am two hours later and still haven't had my prescription. Mind you she let me know it was available via phone and when I got there, nothing was ready for me. And when I asked her about it, she said that I wasn't the only person waiting. After some time she called me to let me know that it was finally ready and then told me , "are you gonna come get it or what?" This girl is going to say the wrong thing to the wrong customer. Management needs to fire her and take better care of their customers.

It is conveniently located and always has what I'm looking for. I would recommend getting a security guard, though.
