Had a dead battery in my watch I've had for over 10 years. Found watch works went in and in a few minutes my watch is working again. Friendly service to. I highly recommend them.

Bought the hubby watches as an early Christmas present ? He got what he wanted and is pleased. Carlos was very fair on price for both watches. He was an awesome help and knowledgeable on the watches. He adjusted the links and set the time, and hubby and I left the store happy that we stopped in.

Like many of us, I needed a replacement watch battery. I also needed a new watch band for my trusty Nixon. I checked two other stores in the mall and their prices on bands were much higher than Watch Works. Thank you Christine for your help - you run a good store there with your smiling face and helpful nature. I'm glad I came to you instead of the competition.

They have worked on my German clock that chimes every fifteen minutes a few times and they are very professional and very affordable. The manager Christine Carey has very good customer service and Carlos Mata was the one who worked on my clock and he was very diligent and did a very thorough job!

This place is great they were able to fix my watch very quickly they give a fireman police officer and military discount they have a wide range of watches I'm sure they can find something that would be helpful for you
I am not positive of all the services they provide but I do know they install batteries Fix watches clean watches and probably much more if you would like to give them a call

May 7, 2022 I took my watch to the inland center mall you get a battery I started from kay jewelers all the way down to watch works and no one could help they all said they would have to mail it in and then let me know if it was just the battery and give me a quote I ended up at watch works and I walked in and the lady and man that were there were so nice they got me a battery and I was on my way 5 minutes 16 dollars later I am so happy ?

I repair watches and I need two new batteries ASAP, so rather than ordering 2 batteries online at about $1.60 ea, I walked in and bought them. I asked the yound man at the counter how much the two batteries would cost and he said about $15. I turns out it was $14.99 each! So After paying I asked how much a full esrvice would cost and he said $14.99 included new batteries. In other words he charged me 2 full services instead of just for the batteries. I felt scammed but decided to let thing be. I will be buying my watch suppies online from now on.

The woman running this wonderful watch store on Sundays is just a delight and super helpful and friendly. The prices for replacing a watch battery are the best around. They have a good selection of watch brands to choose from if you are interested in buying a new watch. The prices for watches are very good. This store is located in the Inland center right by Macy's. So if you need a new battery for a loved watch or you are in the market for a new one shop at Watch Works. They can also repair or clean your watch movement as needed. I will be bringing all of my business to this store from now on.
