Well, My friend had a issue with online check deposit so had to visit branch in person. The staff had no understanding of the issue instead we were asked to wait for specialist to look into. It's just easy that my friend has a original copy of the check but we were asked to wait on top of already waited for 40 minutes in the tellers queue. Horrible service ?

Worst branch to come into. Wait is about an hour or more long, only 2 tellers and the line is out the door. Branch Manager or Assistant Manager not at location to deal with customer service issues. Business specialist is dealing with personal account issues. Very unprofessional branch to deal with. So disappointed, regional manager needs to rearrange the staffing.

It is the 2nd of the month, 4:30pm and only two tellers. Banks know when their busiest days of the month, week, and times are, why not have more tellers to assist customers. This is one of the many reasons why this bank is my last option. Unfortunately, today was one of those days, and I had no other option than to go to this location.

The worst service at this branch. Hernandez the so called Business specialist, is probably the worst knowledgeable banker ive ever dealt with. He was trying his absolute hardest not to open up a busniess checking account for me. This guy was throwing the worst excuses at me and for that I hope he gets fired and thrown out of the banking industry.

Currently in the bank and there is not a single teller at the window on Black Friday. Busiest shopping day of the year and for retail business who need change, etc. This is ridiculous. The line is outside. You wait in 3 lines and no tellers when you get in the bank. Per the security they are at lunch or on break. All at the same time? Looks like whomever made schedules didn't do a good job of staggering those breaks so that we aren't waiting forever. Disappointing for such a big business.

This location at 334 W 3rd Street, San Bernardino, CA 92401 is discriminatory against disabled people. I've already formed a formal complaint with the ADA-the Americans with disabilities act as well as two formal complaints through Wells Fargo's escalation executive team or whatever it's called. The manager Amanda does not care about the disabled members and neither does her staff. We are forced to sit in pain while only the able-bodied is helped. We never have our own teller, and we are always forced to wait until the line is completely gone of able-bodied people before somebody even bothers to look over to the disabled line. It doesn't matter if you try to get their attention they completely ignore you. This has happened every single month for 2 years since I've been using this line. It's easy to say "just switch banks." My issue isn't with Wells Fargo itself. Wells Fargo itself is a great bank. My issue is with this location which is the only location that is near me. So I'm forced to use a location that is discriminatory against me and us members of the disabled community that has to use the disabled line. It really sucks to have served my country only to be treated like dog p*** at the bank that holds all my money because of disabilities gained in service. If you're disabled I urge you to seek out a different branch because this is not the one you want to deal with.I've also been with Wells Fargo for 17 years but maybe it is best if I try to find another bank if they feel discrimination against the disabled is okay.

It seems like they're always understaffed when I go and the lines are always long. I've probably gone there 15 times in the last 6 months and was only there for less than a half hour once. I shouldn't have to clear my schedule just to go to a bank. On the plus side, their tellers have generally great attitudes and have been very helpful.

Wells Fargo has more than once failed to help me out when I had money taken out of my account from an unknown party multiple times. On the last time it happened before I closed my account the amount I lost was $330. They basically told me there wasn't anything they can do unless I wanted to file legal action against them. Yeah once a bank tells you the only way you can get your OWN money back is through legal actions. I said goodbye. The rep who closed my account asked for a reason. I told him my story and even he said I can't believe you have told that. I waste of 5+ years of banking with Wells Fargo... Terrible customer service and terrible banking. Chase is better

Service here is unbelievable. 8 people waiting in line inside. Another 10-15 OUTSIDE waiting. And they only have 3 tellers servicing ppl. There’s no sense of urgency. Every time one teller finished helping someone she was dipping off somewhere behind the scenes and then would come back. Literally after every single patron.Avoid this place if you can.
