They do money orders but cash only, just in case there is an ATM in there which is great.

So this is prime example of why we don't have nice stores in this area. The staff is not friendly, not helpful and would rather you leave and not bother them when they are at work! It sucks it's right down the street but I would rather drive to Kendall where they are friendly and staff is helpful and not rude like the highland one. Rite aid please retrain your staff to say hello, and have them be friendly and when did the hours of ice cream become different then the hours of the store because that's what your employees are telling people so they don't have to help, or they say the ice cream melted but all of them are full and the lids are in them. My advice stay away let the place shut down and hope for a better store to come...

Poor customer service. Went for ice cream, was in line waiting for a cashier to attend to me for 5 minutes, when she was literally saw that I was waiting, I responded with, "I'm ready" only for her to tell me to come to the other cashier to pay because that wasn't working. I could have been waiting for longer if I had not said anything. Poor work ethic and customer service

I went in with my 3 boys today to enjoy some ice cream and the clerk told us the ice cream was closed. My husband asked why, to which she pointed to the manager Diana. We asked Diana why they stopped selling ice cream to which she responded "there is only one clerk working and we dont have time to assist in ice cream. There was only one person in line at the cash register so we asked Diana if we can pay for the ice cream at the register since no more customers were waiting. She rudely responded "I told you we do t have time to deal with ice cream right now!" This Rite Aid associate is very rude. She has a huge lack of customer service. I would not recommend you shopping here. This is not the first time this lady has been rude with customers. I've witnessed her being very rude yesterday with customers coming in for icecream.

Never coming back here they had cockroaches in the ice cream cabinetry. They only did a partial closure of the store. YUCK!! This is soooooo Nasty! I can't believe how dirty this place is!

The pharmacist here is extremely rude! she has poor customer service. I asked her a question about a medication and her reply was "read the directions" in a real rude way, my question wasn't written on the box, I needed a little more information. If it bothers her so much when people ask her questions why even work as a pharmacist? The store I'll give a 5 star but her a 0!

Every time I come is always some issue with the ice cream. They are either closed or only one side of the flavors is open. Who does that ????? If this store doesn't like to sell ice cream why do they do it ? There isn't a exact hour when they stop serving ice cream. Is it only to their convenience !

I've been here a few times for ice cream and have always been pleased with the customer service. Today I went in and both the ice cream line and the regular sales line was crazy long, they only had one cashier working and he did his best, I saw him moving fast and switching from line to line/ customer to customer. He maintained a great attitude through the busy rush! I felt the least I could do was give him a great review.... as for Rite Aid, maybe it's time to hire a little more help? There should at least be two cashiers always available since there's two different shopping lines. Thanks for the great service Paul!

Paul was the only cashier all by himself and handling cash register and ice cream line at the same time, and keeping customer service and good humor. Good guy. And for Rite Aid time to stop only thinking about profits and place a 2nd cashier there to help the guy out.

I pick something up at Rite Aid about 3 times a week and I love how all of the staff greets you as you walk threw the door. I really like how they make you feel welcome, AJ and Nancy always go above and beyond to assist me anytime I need help. It feels good when they know you be name or know how often you come into the store. I Love my Rite Aid Staff keep up the good work
