“Torrid is located inside the inland center mall.Employees are super friendly and welcoming.The store is well maintained, and it's easy to navigate.Lots of inventory to choose from and @ great prices.Great jeans and super cute leggings.I'd definitely recommend shopping here.”
“Reed and Brandon are my heroes!
It was quite a few customers in the store and I came in looking for some shoes for both my daughters. The shoes we wanted were not there and Reed offered to order them online and get them shipped to my house. Now when went to order them one of the shoes were no longer available. Reed found a shoe very similar and my daughter ended up them more!
Brandon was running around helping everyone else and still tying to help me locate the shoe.
I just want to say thank you so much to them because customers service goes a long way and I will make sure that I continue to patronize this location because of them!
They were so busy, it seemed as they were understaffed.

“Ok, I'm in here frequently because I use this for my Amazon pickup spot. They have lockers where you can have Amazon leave your package. With that said, I often do a little shopping while I'm here. The prices are decent and it's like shopping at Ross.”
