Store: 1206 El Camino, San Bruno, CA 94066
The absolute worst customer service experience at this San Bruno location. A complete train wreck of a store! Poorly managed, ZERO service, horrible attitudes (store manager, 2 male staff members), did not put any customers as priority this morning.
I when into this location today with all three of my small children was told we would wait 15 minutes which turned into 45 minutes +. I had no idea the lady checking everyone in was the store manager.
Well, to start off absolutely no one was being helped (zero staff presence on the sales floor) customers were getting impatient as was I since all the employees were in the back stockroom. I when in for what should have been a quick exchange from a damaged item that could have easily been replaced but was not (store manager Veronica decided not to swap the defective cord).
Long story short I was completely taken aback by her lack of willingness to do the right thing for the customer, arguing with me after my children and I waited much longer then she had quoted us and her complete disregard and lack of empathy. She should really reconsider how she addresses ALL customers and how she trains her staff members. They are a direct representation of her actions and service.
Foster City customer that just so happened to go into the wrong AT&T store.

Came in to buy a couple chargers. When I’m there found out that the charger I’m looking for they don’t carry. Went thru some possibilities with the sales person. Very helpful through the confusion and patient.
Got home looked in the bag and still forgot something that I thought I purchased. Overall still a good experience.

Don’t go to this store. I should have read this reviews before i went inside. There are lots of workers but they don’t help . They’re either on break or just lazy. I waited for an hour and just left. Terrible service. They should fire these people that work here. They’re all on break now with only 1 person helping customers. There are 4 of us waiting and their workers are going in and out the back.

Customer service was not good. I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment. I was told that there was one person in the stroe and I should just come in. When I got there, I was 4th on the waitlist. There were folks with name tags just sitting around. The person that was working had finished with a customer went into the back room and didn't return. One customer representative came in from a break, walked into the back room and never returned. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come back out and no one did I was hoping to resolve a phone issue and to purchase a new one.

They supposedly have you in line for example, I was 2 in line and when they helped number1 another name appeared as number 1, and associate could not explain why and my poor dad is 76 with dementia and we have been waiting over 2 hours

Day before: Picking up a phone I ordered online,
The woman who helped me say I'd have to have the account holder call to give authorization
Next day I come back and I was told I am in the wrong lo location, I head out to another location, and turns out it's the wrong location and where I originally went was the right location.
By the way, turns out I have always been an authorized user for pick up.
Terrible customer service, no apologies and no manager to expedite my order.

Kevin at the SSF store was excellent. He helped us and told us about other AT&T products without being overly aggressive which we experienced in the past.I think AT&T is just another greedy corporation, one of many that takes advantage of hard working people.

Horrible customer service. I spent 2 hrs waiting just to walk out. I was acknowledged by two staff members that kept saying “we’ll be with you shortly.” The only reason I didn’t purchase the plan online was there is a 3 day wait time to get an eSIM… save your time go somewhere else.
