AVOID THEM AT ALL MEANS!!! Refused to pay my salary check for no reason explained. Looks like they welcome with the customers only when they bring the money. When you come to get what you earned, this branch tries to get rid of you.

We're in the middle of a pandemic. I get it. With that said you need to do better about managing your branches schedules. You shut down the branches with no consistency. I call Bank of America. They say the location is open mon - fri 10 to 4pm. I showed up at 3 on Friday to make a deposit... and closed. This is the 4th time in the last 3 months this has happened. Decided to go to Millbrae the next day. They had a line out the door but at least they were open. Staff is so nice and it's not there fault this is happening. Millbrae said the San Bruno branch is closed until further notice and a customer chimed in and said they heard it was permanent. Hope this is not the case but anything goes right now.

Horrible customer service, the worst bank of America , they basically can’t help you all the problems they say to solve online and they can’t solve in the bank, so I just went to other Bank of America and they solved all my problems in the store.

This branch usually has slow (at times, bad service). I opened this checking account in 1997 when I moved to California. We've had three mortgages with them and I've always keep this account for the convenience of their ATM. Now that we no longer have any mortgages with them, they want to charge for this account. We've been with Chase Private Client for years... so Chase can keep our business (and our money). The best part about the latest experience I had with BofA is, I will never have to step foot into or deal with BofA again. Good riddance!

This branch actually has someone who picks up the phone and answer simple questions. I called many other branches over and over and always machine answered. I also brought in over $1700 worth of coins to deposit. The teller was very patient in helping me with the transaction. Took about 20 mins but she was fine with it. Great service all the way!

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service here is pure trash , super long lines. Today I went in to get money and (shyr )helped me . The worst teller anyone could get stuck with. Gave me the wrong cash amount. I waited. But then she kept me standing there for an extra 25 minutes when I explained to her that the receipt and balance on my account says the correct amount I requested but she insisted that I asked for a different amount. Doesn't make sense. She was super slow didn't say anything that's makes sense. I was a teller before and I'm currently a banker , I know how things work in banks. We might have different systems but everything is common sense. They don't thank you for waiting, they will speak to each other and giggle while you're at the window. 3 tellers for a line of 18 people? Really ? How is this branch even open still? No one on the banker side. Disappointing. And I know some people still go there but it's because the location is actually convenient. Super super rude workers. I can't even comprehend how they got their jobs. Oh well.

I went into the branch today to deposit $ 75 cash (us currency) into my wife's account with her deposit slip. Guess what.... the teller told me they couldn't take my CASH deposit since I had no account there ! I kid you not.

This bank is managed the worst! Shorter and shorter hours! Says open til 2pm on one door and 1pm on the other door! Two tellers with 15+ people in line every time I go in! The manager is a jackass! There is a problem every time, even with the simplest transactions! ... get this... unless I open a bank account! Stfu with that laughable sales pitch! What a joke, Bye Go to the nearest Credit Union and experience a bank that appreciates your business and you won't want to go back! Don't say i didn't warn you...

Yeah, okay, the lines are long, there are minimal tellers working, but dont blame the staff, blame the people coming here just to: "ask for their balance, and withdraw $40, or deposit a check"... All the things you can do on your phone or the ATM...

Juan and Calvin are the worst representation of BOA I walked in at 4:45pm to do a wire transfer and they said it wouldn't post and I was fine with that as long as I got it out today then they open my account and said my funds weren't available when I have done it the same way multiple times I explain that to them and they didn't care because it was POLICY and since I didn't deposit my CASH in his bank I wouldn't be able to do the transfer I'm really considering switching banks for this inconvenience.

Came in here to get my name changed with the bank and to have them reissue new cards to me. Upon walking in, I was able to easily find a floor manager and tell him what I was in for and he asked me to grab a seat and would grab one of the bankers to help me. A minutes later, one of the relationship managers, Alvin, came out and escorted me into his office. He was able to get my name changed and all documents signed within a few minutes and I was on my way in a jiffy. It does look like their regular deposit/withdrawal line gets pretty long in the middle of the day though so if you're coming to make a basic transaction, I would budget extra time into your visit to accommodate for the wait.

Unbelievable!!! I had a major surgery opted for disability through B of A card thinking it would be convenient. I've been paid twice from disability. Apparently having a check mailed to me would have been better. I finally called Bank of America. They said it was mailed on the 1st!! Ya it's the 15th. She said well if it's it there on the 19th we can express mail it to you no charge! WTF really!! A check the old fashioned way by mail. I would have been paid twice already!! Glad I changed my mortgage to ElDorado Savings!!! You guys are a joke!!!!!

Horrible service. They used to have around 10 teller windows and now only have 4 with one being a merchant window. And they only have 2 windows opened now both occupied by merchants who have brought in big deposits. Line of 9 people waiting behind merchants.
