I know it’s just one time experience but I had a good one.
I got a fraud apart and someone tried to wire out 300k from our account.
I was on the phone for hours but eventually I was told I need to go to the branch and talk to a banker. I first went to millbrae at 12:40 and was told there is no banker from someone who looked like a manager and was told to come back at 2 and there wouldn’t be any guarantee that I can talk to one because they are booked.
I’m like “I’m just getting 300k hacked and I can’t talk to someone to figure this out because they are booked!!!”
Well eventually I went to this san Bruno branch because I needed to get this cleared out asap.
There was also no banker available but the manager came out and worked with me for 2 hours trying to talk to corporate team and figure out. Ended up that someone did try to wire out 300k from our account and was able to stop that. Also he helped us freeze the old account and also make a new account so that the hacker does not have any info.
Thank you so much Juan, I wish that if you were not a manager I would personally request to work with him. I have a personal wealth management banker at ML and I know that it’s at a different level but Juan provided such a good service that care for us. Appreciate it very much.

AVOID THEM AT ALL MEANS!!! Refused to pay my salary check for no reason explained. Looks like they welcome with the customers only when they bring the money. When you come to get what you earned, this branch tries to get rid of you.

First, I like to start with, I’ve been a loyal customer at this bank for nearly 30 years. No dignity from newer cashier teller. Bank manager had to resolve my problem.

Customer service and competence is absent at this branch.I went down the road to the Millbrae branch to satisfactorily conduct business. Perhaps it's a simple case of a female manager outperforming her male contemporary at the San Bruno branch...

Platinum honors tier. No regards for customer needs. Needed to exchange 200EUR to USD, something I've done over 10 years, since this branch is close to the office. Usually takes around 2 minutes.This time:Walked up to a teller, she told me she can't do it because she doesn't have permissions, told me to wait for the manager for 10 minutes.Waiting...Manager comes up: "sorry, I can't do the exchange because I don't have permissions, we haven't done in a long time, let me ask someone else".Manager running around...Few minutes later: "sorry, we can't do the exchange at this location, is there anything else we can do for you today?".No help finding another location, no acknowledging their mistake.Went to another location, completed the exchange in two minutes.I'm very close to taking all my investments to different financial institutions. BoA: lazy, unprofessional, redundant.

I am hoping that I can give them a NO STAR review. I made an appointment online with some banker from this office in a non-public-holiday weekday. The office closed with no phone notice/email notice or even a sign on each gate. You should close this office to save more for your local rent!

This branch gets very busy....that is when it's open.BofA, we need you to open your branches.I am a business and have to do daily deposits.I would rate you higher, but almost all your branches are closed.BAD!!!!!We bailed out the banks and now you don't care about your customers!!!!!
