I used to like coming here, but today was the last day. Portions have been getting smaller. I ordered a bowl today I felt the servings wasn't there. I told them my bowl looked empty and they just looked at me confused. So I respectfully said I didn't want it anymore and left. The guy in front of me also requested more food on his item.

I watched my finished bowl sit on the counter for 5 minutes while a shift change occurred. Not sure why they couldn't put a lid on it and bag it. Food was solid.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramps and power doors, perfect accessibility.

I’m not quite sure as to which manager in their right mind would actually decide to hire the two young men that are working at the restaurant right now 7:30pm February 14th. I went in on a Valentine’s date night to see a movie with my wife and just simply wanted to get a burrito. I’ve begun to attempt to order politely and one of the little entitled kids shrugged me off and walked away. Another employee around the same age said we are closed. Then a different employee tried to help me and the other kid just said “nah bruh we are closed” even though they don’t close until 9pm and still had all the food out. I have worked in restaurants before I understand that it might be nice to close up shop a little early but have some manners and respect. I feel completely disrespected by those by the way totally ghetto classless individuals spoke to me.Thanks for running my night.

We've ordered here maybe 7 times via instacart (~$70 each time, same thing each time for 2 meals and chips) and they have included the vinagetette once; this last time the steak was mostly all fat pieces and was not edible. Not happy with the quality of the food.

I put in a mobile order at this location for 2 chicken bowls. When I realized it was a mall location, I was a little hesitant that my order would be made well. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Typically, I ask for extras of the toppings I like the most, like the corn and fajitas and typically they don't really add more without taking away from other toppings. BUT this time my bowl was super heavy, probably 2 pounds. Plus I had a BOGO offer so I also got double guac. Overall very satisfied and impressed with the quantity of food here. My only gripe is that it was really salty, esp the chips, and the flavor didn't seem quite as good as other times I've had Chipotle.

Ordered mobile at 1:02p with 'promised' time 1:10p, wasn't ready until 1:24p. I got to the mall and waited 10 more min. They kept prioritizing people in line, I should've stood there to have one of the staff finish mine. They didn't finish it until the line rush was gone. Shouldn't be that way, someone should be dedicated to mobile order. Quicker to just not order ahead or just don't go to Chipotle at all tbh. This was the 1st time I went this yr, so maybe it's not always like this.

Absolute trash. STAY AWAY from this place. It's at the back of a mall, super far from the front parking lot. The mall is nearly dead. Super shade ball people that wreak of weed inside.Staff wasn't interested at all in getting orders in. One local pothead took 5 minutes to order a burrito bowl, while the rest of the staff stirred day old food around in bins. Nasty.

My boss sent me to pick up their order, online it said it was going to be ready by 11:40 AM. When I got there a few minutes after 11:40, I asked for the status of the order and the guy brushed me off and just said “it’s gonna be a while” and then walked away. I walked back up to him and asked “so do you have an approximate time or…?” and he brushed me off again, incredibly rude. When I asked why did the online order say it was ready at 11:40 he said the website lies to you.

Ordered online for delivery. Half the items I ordered for my bowl was missing. They just loaded up on rice and everything else was the bare minimum. Change the workers because they obviously don't care.

15 minutes for 4 customer ? why is it so slow here? why do they work three times faster in the center of San Francisco? So slow. Not acceptable for chipotle.the taste is good as always, no complaints about it.

Placed a pick up order on mobile app. However, at the promised pick up time, the crew member took a look at my order and went straight ahead to help the customer in line...left me very confused and disappointed and waiting. I assumed that Chipotle wants their customers to use the mobile app for convenience, but somehow order in store is prioritized instead even if I ve showed up in person and my promised time passed. Food is good but unsatisfied with the service.

I love Chipotle because the ingredients are always consistently tasty in most locations I've been to across the country. I usually get their Carnitas bowls and have been ordering this for years because the meat is soft and tender. Traditional Carnitas meat can be deep fried til the meat is dry in some traditional Mexican burrito joints so I'm apprehensive about ordering it and opt for either Chile Verde or Chicken. At Chipotle, I know what the outcome will be. I ordered another Carnitas Bowl with the standard white rice, shredded lettuce, roasted chili-corn salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese and fajita veggies. I got the Tomatillo Green Chile salsa on the side. The meat was tender, the red onions were sweet with a bit of a crunch which is nice vs. being limp, Tomatillo Salsa was mild and the cold ingredients were cold. I've had more meat in my past orders, so much so that I'd take the rest home to eat later. I'd say it was a little skimpy here. We also ordered 2 chicken burritos--one with the Al Pastor Chicken which is a new offering and the other one with the regular chicken. The Al Pastor Chicken had a kick to it and when the server was assembling it, had to get another tortilla because it was too big and wouldn't close when folded. The ingredients would be spilling out and part of the tortilla was starting to tear. That was a bonus. The other chicken burrito was satisfying and the hot salsa was certainly a nose-blowing spicy hot sauce! Everyone enjoyed their entrees.One star removed because I submitted all orders online with a wait time of 10 minutes. We parked in the parking lot and entered into the food court to pick up our orders. I mentioned it to the cashier and she looked at the tickets which were still in the wall waiting to be made?? It had already been about 20-25 minutes since I ordered so we waited patiently while she and another employee started assembling our order on the line. Another 2 cashiers came to relieve the female employee who started making our orders. There had only been 2 people who were ordering aside from us but then about 4-5 more customers came after us so they were getting busy. My husband also noticed the assembly area was a little messy and thought it could be cleaned up as they were assembling. The employees were polite and helpful and as I said, they were getting busy so they were doing their best to fulfill the orders. AND the food was good!!
