Super disappointed in their service. If you open a business account, it gives you so much headache. You don't even know how to pay for a credit card! The support is also not there. The website for businesses is a crap! We will close it and start somewhere else

Honestly, this review is only for the ATM's outside the branch.Citibank has changed their ATM's all around and have closed down locations within Daly City. My favorite location was near Westlake, but that became Uber HQ. Otherwise, I either have to go to Hickey or SSF. I was in the neighborhood as I was getting tacos at Taqueria San Bruno and needed cash to the place I was going to after.Mind you that this was a Sunday (11/13) and the bank was closed. I have to give them a shout out because this was one of the first Citibank ATM's in the area that provides $100, $20, and $10. It's SOO difficult to find an Citibank ATM that provides other notes. I preferred Citibank to do $50's and $20's since it helps with my cash savings, but I appreciate the fact that they had other available notes while accessing the ATM.Otherwise, the bank is in a nice central location where there is parking, however there's an additional parking lot for another business where it attracts some shady people. I'd be on alert if you're ever withdrawing cash from the bank or outside the ATM.

Been to 5 different branches in the bay area (peninsula) to resolve a recurring, frustraing account error.This is the only location that quickly understood what happened, explained how they'll solve it, and showed responsibility.

This bank is horrible! Customer service is horrible! I was past to another Banker to help me with my Citi Gold account.. they told me the account I opened was blocked which I got in the mail a few days ago and it would be easier to open a brand new account.. SMH! Apparently at the same time the tellers were not taking customers since the system was down... I'm listening to the 2 bankers arguing with customers.. I feel like I'm in a bad dream! If I didn't get Citi for my mortgage I'd run away from Citi as fast as possible!!

Honestly save your time and go ANYWHERE else. This branch is completely rude and unhelpful. The head (Older women with glasses) is completely condescending and interrupted me before I could finish my request because I didn’t have my card on me. Closing my account today and went straight across to Bank of America an opened account with them.

Terrible Bank!! Had to DEP $0.16 of coins into my checking then rep PAYS my Citibank credit card. Why a 2 step process when paid in cash?!? It is ONLY 16 cents!! Secondly, I attempt to walk out the door to the front of the Bank to access the ATMs, located at the front street just to be told by the female bank employee, by the name starting with letter V, that I can ONLY access 1 set of doors, to enter and exit from the bank and that is by the set of doors at THE BACK! Not only is there no emergency exit when there's a fire here especially when the front bank doors are LOCKED, but if I was handicapped, I need to figure out a way to get up the steps to exit with a wheelchair if there's no one helping to assist to lift me up the steps to exit the building in an emergency!l for safety This is against the American Disability rights too!! Will be addressing this accordingly!

My husband and I visited this branch to add him to my bank account. We spent about an hour and a half with Arlene, who was nice, but very slow. Towards the end of the appointment, she continually remarked that she had to go "pick up food". She ended up passing us off to another agent because she had to go pick up said food. The other agent, confused, commented that everything seemed like it was completed. I was told to wait a number of business days to confirm that this task was completed. I checked with citibank online about a week later. My husband was not added. They advised me to wait 2-3 weeks. I checked again, STILL NOT ADDED. I informed Arlene of this, who requested I send her my information again. I did so, to which she responded she could not fix it, and would help me when she returned from her vacation on October 4th. It's October 19th, and it's clear that I have been forgotten about. I called Citibank and they are sending me a packet in the mail to get this done. I guess if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

had a citibank issued check, couldn't cash it at this location. was told i had to go to either the South SF or Burlingame location. i have two citibank credit cards, but apparently that doesn't qualify me to be a "customer".

Attempted to close my account here and they made a huge deal out of it. Ultimately wasted over an hour here and still failed to close my account. Everyone from the teller to the manager was useless. Successfully closed my account online in a matter of minutes.
