Front desk decided to cancel reservation after not honoring park there fly there and utilizing the shuttle. Would give zero stars to this trash establishment and their worthless manager. Called Marriott direct and they weren't even aware of this "change in policy" and were able to book us elsewhere. They even called out that it was canceled by the dope manager and were appalled. What stinks is that we've stayed here over a dozen times without issue. Unfortunately won't be back ever again. Don't reserve here and do this to yourselves, you'll regret it.

I stayed at this location one night over the weekend. It was the worst experience I ever had. I will never stay there again and not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed. I booked on line and had written in my notes that I would like my room in the first floor. I made sure I called 4 times to the front desk during the week before my stay to make sure my request for the first floor was approved and they said no problem it is. I also called the day before to ask for a early 12 pm check in and they said yes., I get there the day if check in and the didn't even have a first floor room for me and told me that they booked me on the third floor and the room in the third floor was dirty and I had to come back and check in. When I had specifically asked for a first floor room with courtyard view. Then somehow she found one room on the first floor but was dirty and still told me to wait thirty min for it to be cleaned. Ok so I finally get the key card get to my room a hour late and my key card isn't working. I could not get in my room. I had to call the front desk to call someone to say I couldn't get in. They sent someone to help and they couldn't get the key card to open the door. At this point I am pissed of. They had to call a lock smith to fix the lock and apparently this had been a problem for a while . I can hear tv so loudly in the hallway through the day and night. People talking loudly all throughout the night. Loud tv noice at night. It was a nightmare. I called the front desk in the middle of the night to ask for a extra blanket and they never brought one. When I checked out in the morning I voiced my complaints and concerns and all they can say is sorry but really did not mean it. They didn't even offer to comp my room after that disaster. Be aware and don't stay here it is a disaster dirty and the front desk people don't care

Very nice stay here. We did "Park, Sleep & Fly" which was so convenient and just what we needed. That means if you are going out of town, you can park your car there while they shuttle you back-and-forth to the airport while you keep your car parked there for the entire duration of the trip. That was so convenient if you have a middle of the night flight and don't want to stay up all night just to get to the airport. That was also so much better than dealing with Airport Parking or other expensive options. Everything went perfectly and seamlessly. The staff was so friendly and nice too.

Easy location! Great week day prices, friendly and efficient staff! Loved my queen size bed to myself, and loved being able to take a bath! Great lavender aromatherapy roll on before bed too! Coffee in the room wasn't too bad either!(and we all know how that can be at times;) )

I was in a bind 2 days ago with all this holiday travel. Coming out of Seattle was a mess and the nightmare continued at SFO. I missed my connection flight at SFO due to the never ending delays at Seatac. Everything I needed that night was full. They were able to rebook me on a flight for the next morning and hooked me up with a hotel and some food vouchers. I was sent to the Courtyard and was able to use their free shuttle to get back and forth between the airport. They could have put me in a Motel 6, I was so tired. I was grateful that they were able to help me out. I was sent to this place and found it decent. My room was basic but the shower floor was dirty so skipped that. The Bistro bar is a cute little restaurant in the middle of the lobby. It's a nice spot and served it purpose for me. I was hungry and really needed a drink. For a hotel restaurant, the food wasn't bad. I got the chili lime chicken wings and fries. My gin and soda was a double. The food was pricy, but at that point in the night, I didn't care. My only other critique is the television. It didn't work. I was able to turn it on, but was not able to change maneuver the buttons on the remote to change the channel. That was super annoying. Also, the wifi there was garbage. Really slow and not helpful for any of my electronic needs.I'll probably never come back here again, but if I had to, I wouldn't object.

The area was ideal if you plan to stay near the airport. Their shuttle service was convenient (no longer then a 15 minute wait). The hotel was well maintained. The rooms were pretty big. The beds were decent as far as comfort,3 out of 5. Room 108 is close to the fire pit outside. At first, the thought was pretty cool but at night we can hear everything & everyone from our bedroom. Staff was friendly and took care of us.

The rooms were nice but the staff was all over the place. The afternoon staff, bar area and servers, could not have been nicer. They always asked if we needed anything and we're very hospitable. The morning staff was not nice at all. The cafe area was the worst. They gave some guest complimentary breakfast and made other guests pay for every food item. I could have sworn I paid difference prices every day for the same items. Overall, there are a lot of Marriott's to choose from in this area and I would not chose this one going forward.

We did self check in using our phone. The hallway smelled like cleaning solution. Before entering the room, we could hear the TVs from the hallway. The welcome screen was playing loud music. The room was big. There was a separate bedroom and living room area. We didn't need all of that space though. The room is outdated, but I'm glad there was a mini fridge and microwave. However, the ice machines were either broken or wasn't filled. That was a bummer. The hotel is next to the freeway, but I didn't hear much noise in our room. I did hear the occasional airplane.

It is 1230am and they have the audacity...AUDACITY to clean rooms at this hour!! Woke me up because i heard a housekeeping maid speaking so LOUDLY on her phone via speaker to someone. IT IS FCKN 1230am PEOPLE!!! Cleaning should be done in the morning when no one is asleep. WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVERY BEEN TO.

Very nice for an airport hotel. Good reception staff, great shuttle service folks and provided a fine early welcome.Rooms were quite clean and very quiet. The place is a bit isolated with only a Chili's nearby, so plan on dieting or ordering take out delivery - recommended. That said, the lobby Starbucks offerings for breakfast were very good and the lone lady taking care of all the customers did a fine job, but could use some help during the peak times. We appreciated the fact that our return shuttle driver was both helpful and did not drive like a lunatic which has often been my experience with shuttles.
