It's one thing to lock items behind glass. It's another to do that and not staff enough people to help. Lock things up and staff to help people or don't do it at all. My shopping time tripled waiting for someone to help open the plexiglass.

They have dip and dots, self checkout it great. A little bit on the pricier side compared to other stores but helpful workers and most of the time you’ll find what your looking for.

On 4/20 I Walked in the store to browse the water bottle selection. Every thing was a bit pricey so I decided to go to mollie Stones instead. I walked out and heard “hey you gonna pay for that?”
To which I responded “Pay for what? “
“The stuff in your hands.”
I had walked in the store with my sketchbook and journal. Both had obvious wear and personalized stickers. I also had a beat up frisbee. I showed him and then asked for everyone in the stores info. After that I had a great day. But wasn’t cool so I just had to share that. Experienced other things like this in this town. Just letting yall know 💪🏾

This is the best pharmacy retail store ever. Everyone here is so nice. I love there $10.00 monthly coupon and their app. Love it. Shop in this little mall all the time. CVS is the best.

This trip was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a CVS. Not sure when they started “walking” items up to the register. The worst part of all of this was why they walked my items (ear cleaners of all things) and not other customer items that technically are more expensive (or likely stolen if this is the reason why). I do not appreciate being profiled. I work across the street in tech and can assure you I can afford my items. I really would like to talk to someone about this. If you are not applying this profiling to all shoppers, then you are now unfairly targeting shoppers.

Without a doubt the most expensive, poorly organized, constant lack of CVS clerks with constant shortage of products. I quit shopping at CVS months ago and so have my friends.

Terrible stock, and the very limited supply of overpriced stuff they do have is all locked up so be prepared to spend all day waiting for help every. Single. Item. you need.
CVS seems to just openly disdain their customers now, sad to see given they used to be pretty good.

Closest cvs at our neighborhood new crew recently kinda weird 5/21/24 i was at cashier paying and so weirdly the lady cashier wearing a blond wig was laughing by her self while i was infront of her paying. Very odd! We werent conversating or anything like that. I kinda cant see any bluetooth device on her. Uncomfortable to be there! And couple of times staff are following like we are taking something! Come on! Better your judgement! I work 5 jobs to earn what i have! And never i taken something not mine! I like the last crew older ladies. I wish they werent rotating. This is our neighborhood more like our home. We wouldnt want to shop at a place we fee uncomfortable with. More professional crews please!
