Some of the most rude people I've ever met at the pharmacy. Absolutely no effort to listen to customers or to be helpful. Even if you live close by, please drive elsewhere to pick up your meds.

I appreciate our local CVS stores, the managers and employees, especially at Burlingame Plaza, which is open 24 hours, and the efficiency and professionalism and helpfulness of the pharmacy employees, and also the stores at Bayhill in San Bruno, and the Daly City store near Eastmoor. I know that it is the managers and employees that make sure the stores have so many vital things needed for the home, and in my case, for the care of my homebound parents, especially things that their medical provider are not helpful with. From bandages to topical ointments, to medical devices like wheelchairs and other adaptions for the home to help people as they lose their mobility and their health declines. To be able to go to the store at almost any hour and find the things that you need, with the stress taking care of someone with a variety of medical needs, is a great relief, and greatly appreciated that the managers and clerks are thoughtful about this in helping those who shop there.

Why is management consistently rude here? Today I got to the pharmacy late and I got my prescription and there's an option to get cash back. well it turns out the registers did not have cash in them but how was I supposed to know that? The manager came out and rudely stomped to the front of the store and practically threw the money at me with no thank you or anything it already takes forever to check out at the store, which is so ridiculous but on top of that management is always rude. If they can't give cash back, perhaps take the option off of the card reader what a brilliant idea

You really need to tighten up customer service at the pharmacy. I went to fill prescription and noticed Sudafed behind counter. I asked if it were pulled from isle recently. I was told it was never at isle. Not wanting to debate the issue I got the 20 12 hr tablets. After purchase I checked isle. Sure enough there was 12 hr Sudafed tablets for approx $11 and change vs the $16 and change. Upon inspecting active ingredients, I realized my confusion. It's a question of psudoephedrine vs phenylephrine. This is a clear example of what we refer to as smart dumb people. Smart enough to work at pharmacy and know the difference, yet too dumb to think I wouldn't if it were merely explained. Suffice to say, I grabbed shelf Sudafed for return to save the $5 as that on shelf is fine. Though by then a line had developed and I was short in time. Thanks for costing me the extra $5 unecesarily.

The WORST CVS. All the employees there including the manager are miserable and they don't hide it. Customer service is non existent and by the far the worst I have experienced. Ask a question and be prepared to get attitude thrown at your face or a deer caught in headlights look. The older short Caucasian female needs to go. She's been there quiet some time and all she does is give you the dirtiest look and god forbid you ask for assistance or she needs to take care of you at the register. PURE MISERY. The morning shift manager is USELESS and the WORST of them all, so don't bother escalating any issues with him. Reading the reviews here, I don't understand why nothing is being done about the employees and their lack of customer service and attitude. If you want to see the darkest most miserable place in San Bruno I highly recommend this place.

Two days in a row trying to pick up medicine, one person behind the counter, and bit days the person working the register, was unable to find the medication. 2 days, total of 60 minutes to pick up a medicine. Ridiculous

There's an elderly pharmacist who doesn't wear a mask and mouth-breathes all over the pharmacy as she works. She's terribly rude and snide to customers who are simply trying to get vital medications. The service at the store is otherwise stellar but this woman is a blight on the whole store.

Two out of three of the staff I interacted with were unpleasant. One person told me the restroom was by the left side of the blue wall. Well the back wall is blue as well as a smaller blue area on the right. When I went to the left of the blue wall, she shouted at me all the way across the store down that isle that I had chosen the wrong blue wall!The staff seemed burned out like they didn't want to be there.I never thought I'd be giving a bad review about a CVS. I've never had this experience at any CVS.

Worst customer service ever!!!! The personal is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful - I don't use coupons - I didn't even know that there was an app that could collect my coupons, that's my problem not CVS's, however, knowing that I clearly wanted to use the coupon that would come AFTER I made a purchase - the woman at the register toldme the coupon would print out (and i was thinking it prints separately like at Walgreens) but she didn't tell me it would print on my receipt. She waited till I pressed "no receipt" button (I don't want to waste paper) and then tells me "no coupon, you didn't print the receipt" she also wouldn't help with getting that coupon reprinted for me - of course, I could return everything and get my coupon reprinted - I just didn't want to have others in line wait on me.

Cvs is an incredible resource to Community which includes their pharmacy. The staff are helpful and patient. They also offer discounts which is helpful in managing our finances.

I used to go to this store a lot because of their friendly staff and more selection to choose from, 10/26 /22 with this very rude cashier attitude (Florence) thinks she owns the store, asking if the cashier is open and i asked politely, with an answer of "NO!" with no ecxuse or atleast say "I'm sorry I'm not open. with makes me more bad she didnt apologize for her bad behaivor, I'm thankful for the express cashier or kiosk, that I dont have to deal with this rude/ bad attitude cashier. sooo dissappointed cuz I love to go to this storeI hope she get trained and manager pay attention to his Associates how to treat customer right, I manager myself and I know how to handle customer right.
