I saw the excellent reviews for this hotel. The positives: Fair price and professional staff who cares about their guests. The parking garage is not large, but the parking spaces are pretty roomy. I've seen much tighter parking spaces in the Bay Area. I felt safe parking my car in their garage. My room was very clean. Very clean bedsheets. Safe area. Clean microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in-room. Clean common areas and lobby. The negatives: Wifi works but is not fast enough to perform high bandwidth functions like Zoom. I could tell that the mattress and towels are not high quality. The heater/air conditioner was hard to manage; it was either too hot or too cold. The room next door to me had several people in it, and the walls are so thin that I could hear them laughing and talking. That's how thin the walls are. I was awakened several times over the night because the room next to me was up late having a good time. Shower water pressure could be stronger for those of us with long hair. Also the desk chair is too high for the desk and cannot be lowered/adjusted. My back hurt while I was working on my laptop because I had to bend down in the chair. Nevertheless, the price is right, and I would stay here again.

I stayed in room 204, bathroom curtain had mold, bedsheets had 2 small blood stains and looked like sheets had not been changed. Convenient location but they need to do better

Only thing is, wish there was an airport shuttle...The price of the Uber, makes it more than the hotel next door that happens to have an airport shuttle.Rooms here are also,,, right on a BUSY 4 lane road..You need to be real tired to sleep during the day here...Also need to have tv turned way up!..Sure hope it quotes down at night... oops (6 lanes )

They cancelled our reservation with less than 24 hours notice saying "no rooms were available" even though we booked months

Beds are quite comfy, especially for an airport hotel on the cheap-side of things. The air conditioning system for the rooms seems to be rather on the weak side of things, ass is the poor water pressure and low heat availability in the shower. The staff here isn't the most transparent when it comes to check in times and doesn't seem to communicate well with each other as our room was still being cleaned during our scheduled check in time, something we were not made aware of before arriving. It's an alright place to spend the night before a flight or continuing on a road trip the next day, but if you're looking for somewhere to spend more than one night I would recommend looking elsewhere, even if the alternatives are a little more expensive.

The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable!! Someone outside was having a party or something and it was so noisy until about 4:30 in the morning. But I didn’t take a star away because it’s not the hotel’s fault. The young man at the night counter was super kind too!

Desondanks de tijdelijke werkzaamheden naast het hotel erg prettig kunnen overnachten. Ondanks dat de centrale hal wat verouderd overkomt, doen de kamers dit niet. Erg goed verblijf.

The room was ok. The bed had a dip in it, the lights kept flickering and the tub wouldn't hold water. Room 302.Walkability: Very centrally located

BEWARE FROM THIS HOTEL!Every single stay l've had here was absolutely horrible. The staff is completely lazy and they try to rip you off!I booked a reservation here on the hotel app 4 days before my stay and this same hotel canceled my reservation THE DAY OFF! They didn't notify me that they canceled it and the young lady desk said I would have to pay $150 for my stay but didn't indicate how my reservation was canceled? Unbelievable. The ladies here are incredibly rude and condescending even though they have no clue what they are saying lol. On top of that, someone from their staff stole my AirPods headphones!Like hello I can see when it's in use at the hotel! Never again! Also it has a strange aroma when you enter the hotel.Disgusting!

No no no. DO NOT BOOK. NO SHUTTLES. BED SHEETS NOT WASHED. ICE MACHINE BROKEN. HEATER VERY LOUD THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES. AND THE REFRIGERATOR WOULDNT GET COLD. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER about my stay and she said if I kept complaining she was going to keep my deposit. Which she did. I am very dissapointed as I Am Indian American and she treated me like a second class citizen.

I think this hotel is a good and reasonable choice for travelers who are somewhat familiar to San Francisco area. It is alongside El Camiro Real (82), running parallel to Bayshore Free Way (101), and is near San Bruno Caltrain station and also walking distance from San Bruno BART station, in front of which is a big Target store. Compared to hotels in San Francisco, the room rate is lower but it is as comfortable as most hotels.

If you value sleep and hygiene, don’t stay here. Filthy shower curtain covered in mold, hair in the tub. Woken up at 11:30pm by the front desk regarding a billing mistake they made. No sound proofing between rooms. Never again.

This hotel is older with some basics like the bed, restroom and small parking area but aged. When I first arrived it had a smell especially near the elevator but not in the hallway nor my room. I was on the 3rd floor (only 3 floors) you can hear a lot from the room whether its on the streets, people walking in the hallway or the airplanes flying overhead. On my 3rd day the elevator wasn't working which is the only way in or out of the hotel unless you take the Emergency Exit stairs. Since that day I have only taken the stairs.Despite these things it's conveniently located near the freeways, Tafaran Mall, Safeway, Trader Joe's, In and Out Burger and other retail and food places. It's with a residential area, Chevron Gas and Car Wash Next door with a fire station across the street. The area seems safe.It was doable for my needs because I only rested and slept there. It's not a place to eat, socialize, enjoy the scenery nor for families with kids because it's small and quaint.
