This GNC is so unreliable and uninformative. The hours are wacky. Most recently, I walked up at noon, just as the worker was locking the door to leave. I asked if she was coming back, and she said she was getting lunch. (They just opened two hours ago at 10am??). Also, their stock is always low or out completely. I will stop trying this location from now on.

Tried to return an online order. Unsuccessful. Staff said their computer cannot process it and suggest to go try at Serramonte.
The shop looks clean and well lit tho.

this place is open- don't bother going. the employees are so insanely checked out and don't care about you being there. the woman eating her entire lunch at the cash register without a mask- while talking on the phone- in the middle of a pandemic- was an immediate no for me lol.

Worst GNC I've ever been too, closes early, random hours. Show up during hours they are supposed to be open mid day they are closed, when I ask about mainstream workout products and supplements the lady looks at me lost, I've given this place multiple chances but if you own a supplements, vitamin store at least have some common knowledge of mainstream products or the supply of them!

This gnc sucks. It's always out of stock. The old lady behind the cash register is always on her cell and isn't helpful whatsoever. It's a shame too because I live so close to here.
