I had a great experience with Dino as my salesperson. Dino was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It can be difficult to feel respected as a woman buying a car, and this was by far my smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience.

Discovered a tire puncture in my car in the afternoon; I called up International Auto Body, and they were able to fit me in on really short notice (like 15-30 minutes). I drove over and the team was friendly, fast, and efficient - I was in and out within about 10 minutes. In addition to repairing my tire, the technician checked the pressure in all of the other tires, as well. Seems simple enough but a really nice touch underscoring how thorough they are. Lastly, I was very pleasantly surprised at how reasonable their rates were. I'll definitely come back to them for any auto-related issues I have in the future. NOTE: The shop is on a pretty narrow residential street, so if you have any sort of lengthy repair, you'll probably want to drop it off - they didn't appear to have a dedicated waiting area.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at International Auto Body & Paint.Firstly, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They were not helpful in addressing my concerns or answering my questions. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.Secondly, the quality of their work was subpar. I had my car repaired there, and the results were far from satisfactory. The paint job was uneven and had noticeable imperfections. Additionally, the repairs were not done properly, as I experienced further issues with my car shortly after leaving the shop.Furthermore, the prices they charged were exorbitant considering the low quality of their work. It felt like I was being overcharged for a service that was far below industry standards.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I will be going here for all of my car needs from now on. Johnny, Miguel and the whole team were amazing. He kept me informed step by step with repair of my car. I definitely will be recommending all of my family and friends. Some of the best service I’ve received in a long time.

I chose International Auto Body out of the blue when I was having trouble finding someone to do the work I needed on my vintage Alfa. The owner, Johnny, was personable, knowledgeable, and understood my concerns. I am extremely pleased with the result.

I was searching for a reputable, reliable and affordable shop and finally found one. I sent an email through their website and Johnny responded in timely manner. He gave me a phone number that I can call and discussed what was the issue with the car and sent him a photo. I told him that I don't mind about the dent, I'm just worried about the rust (it can spread ). Johnny gave me an estimate and paid close to the amount we discussed. I was really happy about the result. The car was ready the following day and couldn't make it on time. So we moved it to the next day without an issue. I told him that I was going to take an Uber to get to his shop because my wife is working that day. He even offered to pick me up at my place since he lives nearby and he's on his to his shop. I recommend this shop and Johnny will explain everything what will do to your car. Thank you again Johnny!
