The communication with them is the BEST! I accidentally forgot to expedite my order trying to hurry and used Apple Pay ( I cant be without my bonder lol) I decided to massage them on Instagram and within seconds they resolved my issue, honored the discounted code and expedited my order! I waited 2 weeks to receive my lashes. Then gave a different address still never received package. Now I have to wait another 5 days for a refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE do not order from them they could have compensated something to make it right instead they were quick to issue a 5 day refund.

The adhesive took almost 2 weeks to arrive to me. Now that I've been using it, it's one of the worst quality glues I've purchased. (for the high humidity climate I live in ) All my clients have come back for corrections due to fall out within the first week! I was so excited about this glue. Very disappointing.

My awful experience here makes me not want to get extensions EVER AGAIN. I've been getting lashes for about 6 months now, and this was not right. I was a first- time client and was told I had to remove my outgrown set and start with a new full set of volume. I asked how long it would take but the esthetician wasn't transparent. 7 HOURS LATER*** of my eyes taped shut, having not eaten all day or been offered a drink or a break to move, the lashes were done and I felt like I was going to pass out. When I looked at my phone to check the time, I realized I missed all the plans I made all day. I couldn't believe that I spent 10:30 AM- 4:30 PM anxiously waiting on lashes to be done and not being told what time it was (since I couldn't check my phone.) I couldn't believe it took this esthetician 7 hours to do a volume fill nor that she didn't communicate time / check in on me at all. The fill is now 2 weeks old, and the lashes have almost completely fallen out in one eye--for the price, this was beyond not worth it. Spending 7 hours literally and figuratively in the dark, without as much as a time update as a new client has literally turned me off lash extensions completely...sadly, I'm waiting for my extensions to just fall out, because I don't think I can sit through even a quick fill by any lash place after that nightmare.

I recently took a wonderful course in lashing both classic and volume with Julie at Lash Galore. Julie is so passionate about her art and what she does, it's really inspiring. I wouldn't have anyone better to teach me the art of lashing. Our class consisted of four students total, which made it easy for her to help each of us one on one when we had questions about technique, application, etc. She also has her own product line consisting of high quality products that I will continue to use in my lash career. Lastly, Julie continues to give her students the continued support and access to her for help time and time again even after the completion of the course.

My first appointment was ok..not what I wanted but after 2 weeks I liked how my lashes looked, because it wasn't so voluminous.. BUT paying the price, I should NOT have to wait 2 weeks to get the look I WANTED. I did schedule for volume but it seriously looked like MEGA volume. I even showed her what I wanted, showing her pics of HER OWN WORK. Even in the description of her pics I showed her it said VOLUME so I assumed she did the type of volume I liked. Anyways I thought I'd give her another try and booked a fill with her. She asked if I wanted to let her know anything before getting started. I told her I liked the length she did on me last which was 16 and I told her maybe I need hybrid or natural but still wispy. She said we will see depending on my lashes; I understand because all lash techs use the same line...that BUT if I'm asking for less...obviously my lashes can handle it since you gave me volume EXTRA VOLUME LAST TIME. finished with the fill and I hated them again!!! It looked like volume and not hybrid or natural.. She said she did go shorter than last...why???? I stated what I wanted prior. Anyways the others workers were there who didn't have clients and I honestly just wanted to leave, there was just no way I could sit in that reclining chair for another 15-20mins. I feel and see for myself that Diane doesn't listen to what the client wants..my two cousins used to go to her at her house one of them went once and the other to her twice and they both said the same thing. but I feel like her work is good if the look you want is the look she's giving me or if you want somebody who's not gna listen to their clients and do whatever they want on you. Also for as much money they make..you think they would have massage beds and privacy curtains. It's so uncomfortable!!! honestly why I didn't complain..I didn't want to b**** in front of other girls vs myself because there is no privacy..I would probably felt more comfortable correcting her work..also I hear everything the other two workers were talking about..which I think can be distracting to other lash techs with clients. I do want to try another lash tech there if she does do home appointments there's just no way I'm sitting in that uncomfortable recline chair. Also major tip! DONT FORGET TO REMOVE YOUR CARD OFF THE FILE!!! You can do so by going to the confirmation email and scrolling down to the bottom; can't remember the exact steps but I'm sure you'll see it! I didn't know I was charged a $50 dollar deposit for my refill appointment.

Got my lashes done on March 19th. Booking the appointment was fairly easy and convenient. Diane was sweet enough to squeeze me into her busy schedule. Had an appointment for 5pm, Diane texted me around 4:30 asking if I can come in around 5:30 instead because she was running a bit behind schedule. I got there and everything seemed to be pretty organized and clean. I was greeted and seated in the work station. Went over what look I was going for and I was explained the process. I was extremely uncomfortable in the chair, I had to take off my shoes, lean back and they give you a blanket. The way I was positioned made it very hard for me to breathe, swallow & remain calm. My lash tech ensured me she would show me how my lashes looked about 30 min before she was done so that I could give her an opinion. She did not. The lashes were not the length I requested, the lash tech said my lashes were about 14mm and she used 15mm. My natural lashes literally look better with mascara on. I get home and 5 strands fall off of one eye, smh terrible! As the days go by more and more kept coming off. I should of realized there would be an issue once she said "please let me know if a lot of lashes come off, sometimes we have issues with our glue" smh. I won't be returning for a fill, because they didn't even last 2 weeks. Lasted 4 days smh. Really need my money back for the waste of time & inconvenience. Other than that, great set up, and warm welcoming customer service. Won't be returning, to me their trash !!!!
