0 stars! The worst, would NOT recommend! Take your business somewhere else, otherwise you will be disappointed. To begin with the integrity of the business is the worst. They (employees and manager) take advantage of the customers. Rude customer service, unreliable information is communicated to the customer. Giselle took my order and told me I had to pay expedited shipping to have the dress arrive on time, which I did because my event was coming up in a week. Two days later, I get a call stating they don't make size 16 (youth) on that type of dress that I ordered. I had to go to the store and select another dress. They asked to select two different styles to make sure they had one size 16 by Friday. Option A was the same price as the initial dress that I had paid. Giselle assured me I would be refunded for the difference if they sent the dress from Option B. Option B was cheaper. Friday comes, they gave me the dress (Option B) and no refund. The person who gave me the dress said she couldn't give me the difference and that I had to speak with Giselle. I asked her to call the manager. Manager is not onsite, they reach her by phone and of course she is not customer friendly. Once the sales lady hanged up, she mentioned she understood my frustration and she recommended to take pictures of the catalog prices before I left the store since she has noticed they change the prices in the catalog when disputes arise. This is so UNETHICAL!!! I went to speak with Gisselle a few days later, Giselle tried to act like she had not mentioned the refund information. Then she admitted and said that she did mentioned I would be refunded for the difference but that all dresses sizes 14-16 are added a $10 fee. I said that wasn't communicated to me at time of purchase when paying for the dress. Plus, the amount that they had to refund me was greater than the $10 fee story that she pulled out of nowhere. Long story short, I didn't get my refund even though I paid more for a dress that was priced lower. I will not come to this store again.

Worst store I've been to in a while. A lot of the merchandise is overly priced while it's clearly cheap material. And the refund policy is absurd, we bought a cardigan and realized we didn't need it that same moment, even though only a few minutes had passed the cashier would not give us our money back (we paid in cash) she proceeded to make dumb excuses and told to us to come back Monday because she wasn't allowed to give refunds. We had to commute all the way back just for the owner to refuse to give us our money back when the lady could've easily given it to us that day or told us that we wouldn't be getting the money back. This is horrible store and may be a huge part to why Tanforan is losing business and closing. Truly cannot explain how annoying this was.

We struggled with directions - to reach, get to Tanforan Mall Target side entrance, enter the food court area and walk straight upto Jcpenney and then take left towards Target. This store is right on Target gate on the inside (1st level).Now to clothes - okay options, but nothing that compelled us. We were looking for our friends daughter, but unfortunately couldn't find much :(.

I walked in here looking for a flower girl dress, I didn't want a white dress like any other flower girl. I found my lilac color dress for my girls, the owner was very nice. Her size wasn't actually there so he had to order it. I received an estimated time frame to receive next week and I actually received it really EARLY, the very next day. Thank you.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I bought my daughter flower girl dresses at this location. When we tried them on the lining of the zipper was all Crocked and the glitter was scrapping their arms causing a rash so we asked him if we could exchange them. He said yes. When we came back to exchange them they didn't have any thing in both their sizes (2&4T) so he said he could give us different dresses after the wedding so we didn't lose out ( very nice of him) and he insisted on keeping the dresses and receipt (stupid move on my part) well when we returned to the store a few times he was not in(also left messages) . When I asked the girl sitting at the computer where he was she said he had been sick. Today we came in and he said sorry you waited to long to come back. Mind you I had came back at least once a month to look for him with no luck. When I asked him if we could pick dresses out that cost the same, he said no because that dress was from last season and it's at discount now. All he could do is give me the dresses that originally weren't made right and cause my kid rashes that don't even fit anymore he just kept repeating himself and interrupting me every time I tried to tell him anything. I'd rather go down to the mission them to give a rude, incompetent liar my money every again

The couple that works there are extremely helpful and nice. My 9 year old niece got baptized and I couldn't find her dress size. But they had exactly what I needed and several different styles in her size. I recommend them, they give you great customer service....I will be coming back next year for her first communion dress

I ordered a dress from here and they supposedly fitted me to see what size would be best and I got the dress 3 size too big and I wouldn't get a refund for the mistake they made . The girl that works there doesn't know anything and the man is so persistent that you buy something and that you need to get a bigger size so that it will fit you. All he gave me was store credit after calling him everyday.

Last week I was at my wits end trying to find a wedding dress for my own wedding when we randomly passed Little Angel in Tanforan Mall. The service was beyond excellent. He (I think he was the owner) was extremely helpful, cheerful, upbeat and positive - which was exactly what I needed right then as I was very stressed out. We got a dress for me at a great price and was assured any follow up customer service I may require was "No Problem"! Little Angel was an Angel for my wedding and I am very thankful for his help.

I was looking for my daughter's baptism dress & at the time there was a style I really liked, but they didn't have my daughter's size, so Amy went out of her way to order the dress & had a rush delivery & I was able to pick it up a week later! Thanks Amy you had good customer service!
