Overall I order appliances from Lowe's since they are normally able to deliver much sooner than Home Depo BUT that all changed when I received a Dishwasher that was damaged They at first seemed OK about the return but that all went bad NO notice about time frame that Dishwasher would be picked up The drivers tried to take the NEW dishwasher I had ordered (good I was watching they got it all they way to there truck) I asked the drivers to take all the packing from the dishwasher which they did not The drivers did not give me a receipt that they had picked up the Dishwasher I NEVER received an email that the Dishwasher was picked up I contacted customer service four times to find out the status of the return. They did acknowledge that it was received and the refund was in process. I asked for email to confirm and track status of refund BUT never received an email Lowe's IS OK until you have to return a major appliance

I purchased a washer dryer almost a month ago. Lowe's failed to deliver one of the pieces of hardware that was needed for installation on initial delivery attempt (even though I had ordered it) and so it had to be returned. I have subsequently purchased the necessary hardware and received a refund from Lowe's for my initial purchase of the necessary hardware. However the reschedule of the delivery installation has been fraught with major problems. It appears their fulfillment center and their delivery warehouse do not have compatible communication systems and I've had to make multiple phone calls to ensure that deliveries are going to happen. I've had two delivery dates rescheduled, and I'm still waiting for confirmation of a delivery date. If Lowes cannot make this delivery happen, then I will have to cancel the order and I will probably use a different store, with the hope that they can do a better job. Very frustrating.

Arrogant, weak, unfriendly, ill mannered and negative in store product research experience. Checkout female staff barked at customers in waiting. Violation of my privacy. Neither customer care: Gyra, Rob or store manager, Natalie demonstrated compassion, acknowledgement of repulsive experience, traumatized encounter of a random male standing inches of my private transaction or enforced my safety!! Staff should be terminated.

Bought an expensive Bosch refrigerator which was supposed to be delivered today -- EXCEPT my fool salesman at this San Bruno location forgot to notate the order to show stairs. Well, the deliverymen show up and say, "Sorry we can't install it because we need 4 guys instead of two." This means another delay while we have rotting food from a old dying refrigerator. Real crap service from Lowes!

Tom is amazing! He's super friendly, efficient, and helpful with our asks. Make sure to come to this specific Lowe's instead of the one in SF; worth the drive for the amazing service! I've had a couple purchases and returns here and they always come out to help my family move things in/out carefully.

MIKUU IS ONE OF THE WORST Head cashiers. I was going on my brake and i helped a Customer and she SCREEMS AT ME FOR HELPING THEM SAYING IM SUPPOSED TO BE ON LUNCH . she always Makes everyone do everything and she does nothing other then sit. She takes advantage of everyone here . One of the worst HEAD CASHIERS. All she does is sit and demands everyone to work hard WHILE SHES ON HER PHONE.!! Lowes Needs to Fire Her Asap!!!!!!

Lowe's has a customer care 800 number, but no way to leave a voicemail to register any feedback. San Francisco store on Bayshore Boulevard closes all of the entrance gates except one several minutes before closing time/which is inconsiderate both for customers trying to get there, but also those trying to exit. There is absolutely no excuse for not keeping those gates open during business hours.

Still waiting on them to refund hundreds to thousands dollars worth of cabinet and countertop materials we returned months ago. Things we ordered six months ago were apparently canceled without any communications, or items sent were the wrong items, leading to delays in our kitchen project for months. The experience has been so incredibly stressful for my family. I would never ever order from them again. I am seriously considering taking them to court if they do not straighten out my refunds soon.

I went in the other day to get some flowers for my garden and the cashier who was helping me I believe his name was jeovanny he was so nice and he told me he didn't know much about garden so he helped me out by looking things up online on his phone and he told me what he found and since I'm old I don't really use my phone like that but I'm really happy he helped me find what I was looking for and I will 100% come back amazing customer service.

Tony, Tony, Tony! I didn't know how popular he was until I met him and spoke about him later to everyone who already knew him! Wow, Lowes need to pay him double for the amazing service he provides. He loooooooooves gardening and will give you simple ideas and tips to beautify your garden. I didn't like these geranium flowers but he convinced me to mix the colors and I'm so glad. They are pretty! Thanks Tony!

LOWes is horrible. Purchased Whirlpool WASHER WFW5605MW and door gasket melted on 7th use. repair arranged. called Lowes to discuss. Price also lower than when purchased less than 30 days. They would not adjust or offer any compensation. Automated system designed to make user give up. Horrible experience. Will never shop LOWes again.

I had ordered some chairs online and there was a five dollar discount. The app is very easy to follow so when I arrived my wife noticed that I had order the wrong chairs. Natalie from customer service said no problem. She canceled my order adjusted. My bill personally went out side and unlocked the chairs that were cable together. I was very impressed with her eagerness to help. I hope Lowe's hiring more people like her because I will be back.

Great garden area, helpful staff, easy check out IN the garden area rather than lugging your selections inside the store! A beautiful sunny time now to spend some time in the garden!! Blooming plants will perk up any spot! Great selection of plants at Lowes. Each is clearly labeled with 1-6 to help you get the sun-lovers and shade plants in the right spot. They also have hard-scape pavers : bricks etc. and pots here,

My uncle, who is currently serving overseas and I can only contact once a year, bought me a washer and dryer for over $3,000 a month ago as a housewarming gift. I wanted to exchange it for another set that had one more feature so I asked if I could exchange it. Gigi, the employee at the register, told me they don't do exchanges and all they could do was return it. Then I would have to buy the new washer and dryer I wanted instead. I immediately told her, "I don't want to return it because my uncle bought it for me and I can't contact him right away." Then I asked, is there any way to exchange it because of my situation? She said no, and then processed the return without me saying I wanted it returned. Then she said no, it's done. It's returned and I can't undo it. Since she said they couldn't do an exchange, I would have been perfectly fine keeping the original washer and dryer my uncle gifted me. I was only interested in exchanging it because there was one more feature in the new one that I would have liked. But by no means was it a deal breaker. Now I'm sitting here without a washer and dryer and it'll take me a year to get a hold of my uncle to sort out this mess. The employee at the register, Gigi, processed a return without my authorization. She literally just processed it without my consent or even hinting at the fact that I wanted it returned. This was by far one the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered and I hope someone at Lowe's hears this so you can train your employees like Gigi much better to prevent her from ruining other customers' days.

This was always my favorite Hardware store. Always get great help in the garden center. Usually use one credit card or pay cash. I purchased a spreader for my husband. Could not fine the receipt but brought it in to get store credit. My husband did not want it. It was 'brand new' and I know that I spent about $27 for it. The girl at the return desk said "I don't know if I can return it without a receipt". I put in my credit card...it did not come up. I said "then I must have paid cash". She printed a receipt and said "Can't return it". I said "You just scanned it so you know its yours, why can't you?". She said "we have a new system and it can't be overrode". I asked if I could speak to a manager, she said she was a manager (Gabby). I was going to do some shopping, I know I would have spent way more than the $27 but I felt like I did not get 'good customer service'. She was polite, but not willing to go an extra step. So.....I came home....went on the website to try to get the managers email or an email to customer care...could not find it. Could only find the 800 number...but they are closed. So I read the "Returns without Receipt" information that is on the website. It clearly says "For returns without a valid receipt, Lowe's at its discretion, may issue in-store credit for the item's current selling price. So 1/not sure this employee was a manager. If she was, I would think a good 'selling point' for your credit card would be to suggest in the future to get the card that you advertise and say "put all your purchases on this so its easy to find." ( thought that would be a good thing to train your employees on, I wouldn't get it because I just use one credit card now or cash...and in this case I must have paid cash. 2/She did not get anyone above her to come speak with me. 3/She obviously doesn't read her own companies rules because she said "We have a new system and we can not return or override without a receipt"....so is that the truth? If so, why does the website says "at its discretion may issue a in-store credit?? I am disappointed in the customer service I received. I was in customer service for 38 years with my last company...and in customer service for an additional 10 years prior to that. I asked if "Brad" was still the store manager, she just pointed to the new persons photo and said "No he's our new manager". I thought I would be able to find his email to write to him. I think that your website should have a way to send an email....I wanted to show the photo of the item so you could see how it had all stickers on it. So this review is for the Return Customer Service department. Like I said, I shop her a lot. The garden center and the lumber are great...as is the ladies at the self check out. Hope to hear back from Lowe's.
