I am giving 5 stars because of Vilma in the appliance department. Our first salesperson promised our washing machine, drier and the pedestals they go on were all in stock, on hand and would be delivered Friday, July 5th. In the meantime I have been going to the laundromat. Good thing I decided to check the order because of it being the July 4th weekend. Now it said estimated delivery the 25th— three weeks later than promised with no notification. We talked to Vilma over the phone and went to see her. The washer and drier were ready to be delivered. The hold-up was the pedestals which are coming from the vender. And two days later we have our washer and drier! Yay! Thank you Vilma!!

Best Lowe's near San Francisco. Great garden center, more knowledgeable staff, and wide selection of goods and tools for your DIY projects. I highly recommend driving the extra distance to shop here.

Management is driving this store down the line ? used to be good service. Went to buy siding panel, at the register the woman couldn't find the price. Panel had no QR code. I looked at the price near where we got it $45. It was not a wood material. Register lady asked in spanish her manager Raquel, who said it's wood $64, I said no it is not, she just turned away and walked outside to meet delivery where she stayed chatting. I asked to have someone else help us, we waited 20m, no one came back to verify the price, the lade at the register once again spoke to someone passing by in Spanish. THIS IS not professional to speak about customer needs in front of them in other language! I never do that. We gave up and walked out! RUDE, unprofessional & HORRIBLE customer service! This place is not what it used to be. Home Depot got your needs, got help there with 2min and they spoke English. This is how you lose cutomers!

Customer service has recently been excellent at the San Bruno store. Today as I walked around, several employees asked me if I needed help and suggested products when I told them what I was looking for. They were friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well organized and pleasant to visit.
