Terrible customer service! I called them to help with a return from online that I picked up from this location and the person on the phone was incredibly rude. Kept saying "not to my knowledge" to every question I had. I asked if there was anyone else that may be able to help me. Take a guess at what his response was.... "not to my knowledge". lol He also kept saying that it was not his problem, it's corporate's. I've heard many bad reviews about the customer service at this location. I should have listened to those reviews.

Was in a super hurry today to get my new vehicle a hose that was broken. I was helped quicker than the hurry I was in and given extra knowledge of installation and aftercare. Awesome store!!

A family member backed into a concrete pillar, leaving white stuff on a black car. I went to this store to find something to rub away the white residue. I thought Scratch-X might work. When I asked at the register, there was a really helpful employee. He explained that the Scratch-X is abrasive and might damage the paint even more. He suggested trying paste wax and mentioned that the Redwood City store could formulate paint to match the existing color if scratches are deep.

I took my car into the dealership a couple weeks ago and we all know what happened ($2K estimated repairs for six spark plugs and a leaky heater hose). Thanks, but no thanks. I found the spark plugs easily, but the hose and pipe were another story. I was putting it off until this past week when my fiancé damaged his car to the point it's not drivable. This meant he'd have to go back to using my car again for his twice weekly drives down to Modesto, so the urgency to find these parts and get the repairs done intensified. On Thursday, I called O'Briens and another chain (forgot the name); both could have the part by Monday. However I wanted the car fixed by Sunday before another ride to Modesto took place. So I called this Napa location and went inside. First impressions are not great; it's dark, cold, dingy. However, Mark called around and found my parts and said they would be in by Saturday morning! I crossed my fingers that the parts would arrive and what do you know? Mark called me at 10am with both parts! My fiancé is currently at our mechanic getting my car repaired. I can't thank Mark and team at Napa and will return again for all my car needs. Also for those complaining about parking, there is parking on the back side of the building and my Google Maps lead me to it both times.

Rude workers who doesn't want to do their job. Walked in with little to no words. I bought some parts at another NAPA auto parts store and their manager said I can return at any store. They stated I would have to go to Corporate store in San Jose?!?! Or the same store I bought it from. What a joke, called other napa auto parts store and they said I can return parts to any store as long as I have a receipt. These dudes that work here does not want business. I was going to return and buy more parts. What a joke of a store. Disgrace to Napa auto parts.

I am super glad I stopped in. I installed a radiator on my 65 Plymouth and the hose would no longer fit properly. I cut and duct taped it together and brought it in. I seriously thought I was gonna have a hell of a time with this. Ed hooked it up! He grabbed his computer, compared it to what I brought in, ordered it, plus a couple other items. I came back in an hour and my order was ready. Believe it or not, this man found the exact hose that fit! I couldn't believe it goddamnit. Ed you are the f*ck'n man.
