If there could exist no star I would have given it, really rude owners have got no freaking manners how to respond to customers. I have worked in customer service to but god damn.. just cause you own the property doesn’t mean you own the people who shop there! Learn how to treat customers right and learn some god damn basic human decency.

I had a very disappointing experience with your store yesterday. The product I purchased was of very poor quality, and when I returned to discuss this with management, they were unhelpful and rude. They refused to address my concerns or offer a refund, stating they don't care about the product quality once it's sold. Due to this, I cannot recommend your store to others, as both the product quality and customer service were unacceptable.

I was charged for something I didn’t even buy. He didn’t even apologize and was very rude. Please check your receipt before you leave the store. Disgusting. If I can give a 0 or negative star rating, I would.

I buy2 kulchas from this store which was almost $10 and after 2 days there was fungus on that and also no expiration date on the packet when i called the owner of the kulcha company she said it might be the owner of the store was selling this which might be from last week.
