My husband drove all over San Bruno trying to fix a simple problem with the car seat, and no mechanic could fix it or charged a fortune just to check it. He went to Pitstop, and in less than minutes they fixed the problem, and it cost $30… incredible, fair, and trustworthy people… he even got to eat some delicious cheese bread while he waited… I highly recommend them.

I had a flat tire and got charged $25 plus, but this place is one of the unprofessional places I have ever been to. Waste of time and do not care about people's safety. I do not recommend anyone to take their car in this place. ❌❌❌
I had to take my car to somewhere else to take care of and still have to pay.

I took my car in only for an oil change and a headlight bulb replacement. When I picked up the car, the headlight covers were missing. When I told them, they dismissed me, saying “they weren’t here anyway.” The covers had been there — the headlight wouldn’t even open. They didn’t accept responsibility, treated me disrespectfully, and sent me off without fixing the issue. I will never return to such an indifferent and dishonest shop! Think twice before leaving your car with them.

I recently got into an accident and had my car totaled. It was such a stressful scenario but Santos the manager and Allan the owner did a great job in accommodating my concerns right away. They made the process of storing my car and letting me grab my aftermarket parts a breeze. Highly professional and would definitely recommend this place as someone who's in the same industry!

Since purchasing my car, which was thoroughly inspected and cleaned before delivery, and throughout all the maintenance I've done since buying it. The oil changes are excellent and fast. It’s not just a workshop for oil changes and part replacements; they have professionals with great conduct and the ability to solve your car’s problems. Thank you, Pit Stop, for your excellent service. While waiting for your car to be ready, you can enjoy a great coffee from Marquinhos with breads, coxinha, and pão de cheese.
