Outstanding Experience at Regency Inn – Highly Recommended!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Regency Inn in San Bruno, and we can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for great value, spotless comfort, and genuinely warm hospitality, this is the place to stay.
The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the rooms and service. It's hard to find accommodations this well-kept at such a good rate in the Bay Area!
The rooms were immaculate—modern, perfectly clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, from the bedding to the bathrooms. It’s clear the staff takes real pride in keeping the rooms in top condition. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to get work done and stay connected throughout our stay.
One of the standout aspects was the attitude of the staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and refreshingly upbeat. There was a great sense of humor and warmth that made the whole environment feel welcoming and relaxed.
A special thank-you goes to the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Whether it was offering local tips, helping with directions, or just checking in with a smile, their attentiveness and care truly made a difference.
In short, Regency Inn is a hidden gem in San Bruno. It's perfect for business travelers, vacationers, or anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant hotel experience at a great price.

I booked this Inn because it was close to SFO.
The floors are tiled...I accidentally spilled water on the floor, and when I used a tissue to wipe up the spill, the floor was filthy. The tissue was grimy and black.

Amazingly kind owners. They have put so much effort into maintenance of the property, all the small things felt hygienic and safe. Even more than major hotel chains.
Very easy check in process and felt very taken care of the whole time I was there.
Our uber driver had even lived there for a month when first living in the US and loved it!

The room is very clean, everything is good, I recommend staying here, it's really good, close to the airport, the price is reasonable, we like it very much, if we have a chance to come back to San Francisco again, we will come back to stay here before going back again.... It's so good that I can't explain it all, you have to come yourself.

I'd highly recommend Regency Inn! Great service! Simple, efficient, friendly and competitively priced.
The management is brilliant, trustworthy room service staff and rooms are cleaned everyday!
Perfect location - close to airport, city, bay area and great access to a variety of restaurants.

5 stars from me! This is not fancy but the people are so kind and the location is hard to beat if you’re wanting to be close to the airport. 20 min walk from long term parking air train stop. Service was wonderful and check in was easy!

Great economy lodging near the SFO airport. Safe, clean and comfortable. All the basics for a great overnight before an early AM flight. Had a clean, quiet room, attentive, friendly staff, house wifi, in room coffee, fridge, micro, desk area, toiletries and complementary parking. If you're looking for a 5-Star, full service property with evening cocktail hour and a hot breakfast, well those properties are available nearby at a much different price point. No complaints about Regency and I will stay there again.

I could walk to the mall,bart,caltrain,shops etc from this motel. Also it's near sfo and a friendly staff! I would stay here again!

Small, very practical hotel, very clean and comfortable, with an excellent welcome. Unpretentious breakfast but there is everything, the coffee is very good. 10 minutes walk from BART where you buy a ClipperCard and which connects with the airport, the center of SF (Powell), among others. Regency Inn is therefore very close to the Airport. It's well soundproofed and quieter than in the center of SF. Very good value for money!!! Excellent bedding!

My partner and I came out to San Francisco for a day trip and stayed here and it was amazing! The front desk people were incredibly kind and helpful. We had an odd check in and odd check out time and they were happy to accommodate us. Only downside is the noise but it’s expected by the airport so really not a big deal in my opinion. Price was fair and the rooms were very clean. Absolutely will be staying here again next time we visit! 100/10 ⭐️

Really nice staff, rooms are clean. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged pastries, bread and fountain juices.
