For what it is, it is a fantastic place to stay. I got a last minute room at around midnight after my flight was delayed, the man behind the counter was very helpful and had a room set up for me before I even got there. The room was very clean and was very nice for the price, and it being so close to the airport was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend staying if you need a cheap place near the airport

I work near by and stay in town twice a week. I found The Ritz and first Time I stayed was great. The room was Nice and comfortable and clean and I told them that I work swingshift at the hospital nearby and so could I get a late check out. She said that was fine and it was the second time I stayed there I requested again for late checkout upon checking in. I don’t know if she didn’t hear me or she didn’t understand me but 11 o’clock comes around and the guy is banging on the door and I said to him I requested late checkout. He said oh OK so he comes back 15 minutes later knocks again I open the door and I say I requested a check out and he goes no you didn’t. I was here last night. I said you’re not the person that checks me in. He said no I was here. I said whatever regardless can I get let check out? And he said I’ll give you 10 more minutes and he was extremely rude pretty much a dick. And I was like trying to tell him you know I’m gonna be staying here every two weeks for two nights a week and if you’re gonna treat me like that forget it. You just lost a major customer. He looked at me like oh well. Again, being very rude and the second floor rooms have no windows and had this musty odor to them. So I said forget it I’m not gonna go back there and be treated like that again.

Settings on a RITZ THAT'S what I call it nice and clean and close access to stores and restaurants and shopping and you can stay there from month to month and the prices are reasonable

I like the Ritz due to its convenience— it’s close to Millbrae and San Bruno— however the prices stay a bit high— but they have no pool no breakfast or continental breakfast ! The place is fine, but it seems that every time I stay there either the iron is gone or the ironing board is gone or the TV guide will not work. Something is wrong and they never end up fixing it.—- or replacing whatever they were supposed to replace ! They are very nice people. The Customer Service is sweet as they make the promises they don’t keep….

Simple economical motel.
What can I say? It's not fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a good economical motel option, this would suit you.

I’ve never written a review for anything before but this place made me feel like I had to…
Drove all the way from L.A and called to book a room here. A woman at the front desk picked up and told me they had 1 room left and promised they would hold it for me until midnight if I was sure I’d stay and took my name down. I promised I’d claim the room and showed up a couple hours earlier to find this gentleman in the picture telling me they had no more room while constantly talking over me as I was explaining how I called in advance and that I had a reservation. Very rude and unprofessional and told me to go find a different place to stay. Was already tired from the drive but wasted more time to find a different hotel in their parking lot. 2 hours later this same man calls my phone to ask if I was still coming and blamed it on confusion with his daughter who apparently was the one I initially spoke with on the phone. Didn’t even apologize. Terrible customer service. Don’t recommend at all.

Very nice remodeled budget hotel with friendly staff. Nice neighborhood and plenty of stores, malls and restaurants nearby. Clean as could be and super convenient to proximity of the airport. I would stay again.

The pillows are the worst! Good value and location for sfo needs. Rooms seem to be fairly updated.

The area and building are super convenient to the airport. The street produced a tiny bit of noise at night but not bad at all. The rooms are updated, and the bathroom was very clean and nice. There's a desk with a charging station which is nice, TV, small fridge and microwave, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and even toothbrush in case you forgot yours! The 4 star and nit a 5 star is due to lack of help with baggage and someone at the front desk who just wasn't very welcoming. Other than that it's a great price and I'd stay there again.

Wonderful customer service from the staff, and a bright clean room. The room had everything you needed, fridge, microwave, to name a few. Would recommend if needing an hotel for a stopover.
