I headed out to Sally Beauty this afternoon just like any other time that I go to the store, but this afternoon, I decided to visit another Sally in San Bruno, and I could hear every time the door was open someone appreciating the help that he had and saying that he was such a help then I kept for myself of course and when I left the store I end up saying the same thing because the guy that was at the front has such a great attitude! He was adorable and professional, and I end up, picking up my usual purple!

Inconsistent and dishonest return policy - without a receipt, even with proof of purchase such as credit card receipt, they will not even give you store credit. But they'll drag you through the mud and make you come into the store multiple times, telling you they will give you store credit and then changing their minds after you wait for 20 mins. Bad experience.

As others have mentioned, this store is closed semi-permanently for no apparent reason. Yelp says "Hours updated 1 week ago".

Second time I’ve driven here and it’s closed. Came during my lunch. There are people inside but a sign on the door that says “closed for technical difficulties”. This is the second time this is happened. I tried calling before but no one answered the phone.

In the last two months, I've gone there and it says it's close and sat there for 20 minutes and realize they re-open because they were on a break. Today, called three times and no one answered and the text reads that they're open until 8 PM. Went there personally and there was someone inside and she said they were closed. What the heck?

The stores says it's open but most time it's closed and also don't reply the call the telephone is just ringing inside the store. And not even any sign outside for the closed store :(

Drove all the way to this location. Picked up several items, brought them to the counter only for the prices not to match what the price stated in the aisle where I got them. When I showed the cashier how the items were ringing up wrong she states, "They know that the prices are wrong in the aisles but she cant change them without the managers approval". You guessed it, the manager isn't there and she doesn't know when she will be in.??♀️Why don't they just remove all the prices tags and let it be a surprise to the customer when the cashier is ringing up the items ?

You would think this staff would care about their customers but all anyone thinks is obvious. To steal time from their employer and take home a check. I feel in order for corporate to save this location, they need to clean house and start with a new store team. That kind of mindset is poison for business because one bad apple is all it takes. They wanted to close their store so bad to go home early and they lock up the store before 7/7:30pm. Wow the brand Sally's deserves better than these employees. Online it says it closes 9pm on Friday's. On the door it says 8pm. Why are they closed before 7pm/7:30pm??? Anyone??? The employees were still inside but locked the doors and said they're closed. Can we hire people who want to be there and not just anyone? Thank you.

Very good store. Employees will help give you directions on the phone if you can't find the place. They are also polite and helpful when it comes to finding the product you want.

My hair stylist completely SCREWED me so I ran to Sally's to buy some dye and do it myself. Catherine and Luna were so freaking helpful. I was like on the verge of tears and they helped me pick out a better color! You ladies deserve a huge kudos!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

This Sally’s is great when I see Catherine huge shoutout to Catherine she is the BEST !! she helped me before in the past , she knows the merchandise very well ! I came in this week I got the new unicorn hair dye she recommended I LOVE IT IM IN LOOOOOVE ! Very vibrant with the pink fetish. I will definitely be back! Thank you Catherine girl
