Avoid this place. Manager told me he couldn't rotate my tires because he didn't know how to "flip the tires around" to rotate them on my 2019 bmw x3. He said someone like America's tire could probably do it. HUH?

Honestly great customer service, Nice people I came hear for an oil change and ended up getting my front brakes recalibrated. On a side note an employee (female with long hair) gave my son a Capri sun and said that he looked like her son. One last thing the oil change is on par and the brakes were just like new, great prices too.

We've been getting oil changes here for over a decade, and through various management changes. The new people are terrific. The lady (manager?) was a breath of fresh air, very focused on creating a positive customer experience. She asked if she could bring us coffee, joked with us as we waited...made for a very enjoyable experience, which is a weird thing to say when you're talking about waiting for your car to be serviced.

The Hispanic guy was nice and polite. Unfortunately, the White guy (perhaps white hispanic) was very rude and short. It was like he really did not want to work and was throwing out outrageous prices and service duration time.Weird dude. If you do visit this place ask for the darker Hispanic. He's cool.

I will leave zero stars if I could. The customer service there suck I try to get a quote from the cashier lady and all I got was attitude from her wait a minute I'm a paying customer here I demanded to talk with a manager and she said there was no manager available at that time All I remember that her name stated with a S.If I was you, I'd go to jeffy lube

Came in with my daughter who inherited a dodge challenger from her father who recently passed away. She was charged an exorbitant price for an oil change, and when we went to pay we found that we had been charged for 2 additional quarts of oil they didn't bother to mention when they were talking to us. An oil change ended up costing us $372.00!!!! That also included a $13.40 additional surcharge for using a credit card, but I did not see that information disclosed anywhere around the cash register area. I only realized I had been charged extra because the receipt say " you could have saved $13.40 if you had used cash"! Ironically, I decided to use my credit card because they have a sign out asking you to please use touchless payment method if possible, and my debit card is not touchless. I acknowledge that we agreed to the original price quoted because we needed to get it done, even though we were shocked at the price. What made the whole experience worse was that the lady who was helping us was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. The whole experience was awful, and we felt we were dealing with a shady business. We would never go back there again, nor would we recommend that anyone use their services.

NEG. RATING. This place is totally Dishonest I requested Mobil 1 oil and I caught the guy putting recycled oil. After I complained everyone in that place that the oil he put in my car was better than Mobil 1 oil. I had to show them the oil recommendations for lexus is Mobil 1. I was in that horrible place for 3hrs. and finally when I got what I wanted. I noticed new several scratch on my car and two damage on my windshield. How can this dishonest business practice operate in my community????.

My family had been coming here before SpeeDee Oil Change was SpeeDee Oil Change--I believe it was a Jiffy Lube. We're talking 40+ years. This was my last visit.Up until today, I was entitled to 15% off any service. When I arrived and showed my card to the technician, he didn't say that they were no longer honoring their membership cards--I was told after my service had been completed.No coupons or discounts were offered. You got an extra $15+ out of me. Enjoy.

Over charge in price they intentionally break your stuff so you have to go back and get it fixed

Another great SpeeDee experience after already having had good experiences at the Redwood City and Millbrae locations. Really enjoyed dealing with Larry as he was very personable during the intake and seemed genuinely invested in letting me know my options so I could select the best service for my car. The receptionist was also nice. Job was done quickly and I was in and out of there. They are closed everyday from 12-1, so try not to go during lunch.

Going here is hit and miss based upon how busy they are. Today i got there at 12:58pm and it said closed for lunch. Thats totally ok and I understood. I circled around the block a couple of times and at 1:07 they reopened. I was the very first customer after lunch. Older grey hair gentlemen i think named Larry somewhat barked at me to pull up to the yellow line. He then started telling me my car needed a wash (umm ok). I was pretty polite and declined the $135 oil change he tried to upsell and said the $99 one was fine. I went inside and sat for about 15 minutes and after i got there about 5-6 customers/cars arrived since they had just reopened after lunch. Larry pulled me outside and said my car had a damaged skid plate and because of liability reasons they couldnt do an oil change. He said "i hate not to accept your $100". Riiiiigght. I got the picture....he wanted his techs working on the jobs that came in right after me. One guy after me had a transmission fluid change which Larry probably valued a lot more then my oil change. I went ahead and took my car to my honda dealership (probably for the best). They said skid plate was fine. Ive taken my car over the years to speedees and its mostly pleasantly but today it was not. Speedee keep mailing out those coupons and advertising on the radio cause with supervisors like that you probably need them.
