I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them. This time, what a huge difference. Jaime is the best! !

The worst experience in my entire life with a telephone company, they gave us false prices and charged us double the rate for several devices, this complaint is directed to the entire team of this store who are liars and rude, especially the current manager He was rude to me and my entire family, he laughed at us and left, leaving us talking alone, definitely the worst telephone company that exists in the entire USA, the manager's name is Eduardo, today, Saturday, February 17, he was very rude to us and he went away.The worst experience in my entire life with a telephone company, they gave us false prices and charged us double the rate for several devices, this complaint is directed at the entire team of this store who are liars and rude, especially the current manager He was rude to me and my entire family, he laughed at us and left, leaving us talking alone, definitely the worst telephone company that exists in the entire USA, the manager's name is Eduardo, today, Saturday, February 17, he was very rude to us and He went inside the store, leaving us to speak.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They will try their absolute hardest to sell you "free tablets" and when you decline how many times.. you will go to a corporate store and find out they added two tablets w/o permission. (Story time) I went to just add a line & get a new phone for my mom. I wanted to transfer her metro # to T-Mobile since it's under the same company now. (Go figure right?) ANDREA from the start was quoting me outrageous numbers w/ these "two free tablets". It went from $60 w/ just the iPhone to $320 since the tablets were including taxes? How did it jump $250+ for the taxes and tablets that weren't even Apple. I declined because I know these tablets aren't really free. Fast forward I decided to get my mom an iPhone but here she goes again try to upsell me w/ cases, screen protector & a charger. I declined but she kept bugging so I know these workers work on commission I gave in but had her adjust the prices. When we completed the transaction she said my mother's metro # takes about 24 hrs to transfer... that didn't sit well w/ me. How does it take that long when there under the same umbrella.. I asked the manager and he straight BS'd saying some reason Verizon is instant I left the store but my moms # still didn't transfer and I had a gut feeling something was wrong. My moms # is so important my brother is disabled and all his appointments/therapy is connected to that # she's had for 30+ years. So I jst called T-Mobile @ Serramonte just to ease my mind. They checked on the transfer and they told me there was an error and the worker should've checked. At 8:15pm I rushed to the Serramonte store to try to fix it. & guess what else Andrea did... upon checking my account she added two tablet lines after I already told her no. The tmobile expert graciously helped me through it all.. taking off the 2 tablet lines I never got, transferred the metro # that took minutes because Andrea didn't check. the tmobile location at Tanforan is a third party & they will try there hardest to upsell you. STRAIGHT SCAMMERS DO NOT GO HERE. I included the quotes Andrea gave me.. if you take a look @ monthly payment this number is wrong $291 is not my monthly payments it's $245. She quoted me $372 w/ the new iPhone. Turns out my monthly payment is actually $301 W/ the new iPhone. She hid the two tablets in the differences STRAIGHT SCAMMERS DO NOT GO HERE. They will add lines & tablets w/o your knowledge. Always go to a corporate store!!!!!

Let me start off saying... first of all, I entered the store and wasn't greeted at all. All of the workers where on their phones and didn't budge to help. I then felt something tell me to leave the company so I went ahead to ask destiny for a transfer pin, however she was super rude and I felt like I was even being yelled at for wanting to switch. She told me that I can do it all myself, but I am very computer illiterate and politely asked if I could get some assistance, but was treated like I don't matter or exist. Thanks Tmobile employees for making things hell for us loyal customers.

Shi..ty service in this store. It is a nightmare to deal with Erika and her supervisor. If you just want to receive help, dont even bother to try dealing with them. Stay away of this T Mobile Store

Where do I even begin? Jeremy's customer service is A1 sauce. What sets Jeremy apart is his ability to listen attentively to his customers' needs. Jeremy's friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. He created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like a valued customer. His professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service were evident throughout my interaction with him. I cannot thank Jeremy enough for his outstanding customer service. Visited to purchase a prepaid SIM card for my nothing phone 1. Staff was kind but made a really crucial mistake. For some reason they didn't get my phone to work, which I doubt, because I have never had any issues with this phone. In the process, they reset all my connectivity settings, meaning I now have to remember and re-enter passwords for some 50 wifi-networks, and I have to reconnect all my Bluetooth devices. . The individual that helped me used a demo SIM for me to test everything out. He then left that simcard in. We paid $71,- for a prepaid SIM that thus didn't work. I then found out I was able to control subscriptions for about 16 other phone numbers, possibly of other users. Luckily, staff at a different store were able to remove that SIM, transfer my subscription to a new SIM that did work, only because I still had the card that came with the supposed-to-be-inside SIM.Please make sure that you check if your SIM and phone have full functionality after this store's staff touched it.

I am very disappointed in the type of customer service that I received with my wife. I work for a large company and I deal daily with hundreds of clients and I have never provided that bad attention that Enrique received, I think as a representative of a company, how can you Coming to tell the client to go to another company just for commenting or asking questions that he did not like A comment is good but you can never come to tell the client to go and not so much to still be making comments with colleagues and commenting If you don't like what you're doing here, now why don't I think that you lack training or a good attitude to serve customers? We asked for the supervisor but they were never introduced to us take actions and train the staff in attitude the person who attended me was Vanesa I think or jannessa but her service was excellent but this guy Enrique the worst service i have had in my entire time as a t mobile customer dont recommend this guy to help you
