The smallest washer fits a medium-sized load, costs $9 for about a 25-32 minute wash, and are side-loaded Speed Queen machines. Certainly, the high cost MUST be because they use triple-filtered, reverse-osmosis water for that elite-level of clean… and not because of greed, right?
The dryers cost $0.25 for 5mins and range in size from too big to ginormous. Any way you look at it, it’ll take you way longer to dry your items than you initially plan for. 2 jeans and a thin hoody took 45 mins to completely dry on the highest heat setting.
The vending machines for change and supplies only take cash (and limbs, probably). The washing machines and dryers take quarters or the PayRange app, which allows you to connect your credit or debit card to add credits to the machines. The PayRange app allows you to credit your account in (2) convenient denominations: $10 & $25. Aka “Not enough” & “Too much”.

This laundromat is price gouging. $9 for a 3 loader and $11 for a 4 load machine. Last I check other laundromats weren't that expensive in the Bay area.

First time using the laundromat. The place is spacious and well-organized. It has different load-capacities washer- $7, $9, $11, $12 and $14. Cost looks right for me. Drying expense is pretty simple 25 cents/5 minutes. Dryers were big enough. I put a heavy load with 10-12 denims and it took 30 minutes to dry them properly.
Laundromat has two coin vending machines, so if you run out of coins you can quickly get change. Only con I found- I didn’t get any functional card usable machine.

I came to this location due to the high ratings and the ability to pay with a credit card. The first machine I used was not working and then the next one was down too. So I lost soap in the machine and had to switch machines. No out of order signs were on the machine to alert me. Then I had to leave my stuff and find a bank to accept my card cause I didn't want to pay out of network atm fees. I would have gotten change ahead of time or went somewhere else had I known. The reviews raved about this place so I figured no coins to worry about and practically 5 stars. I let all this frustration go but then it was time to use the dryers. 8 large dryers and multiple small ones were not functional. I was washing down comforters. So I was lucky the other people let me have a big one. Unfortunately the reason was that the person before me had sharpie marker in their cycle and the ink was fresh in the machine along with a melted chocolate bar! I tried wiping it but It's all over my white comforters. Then the coins got stuck in the slot. I would swap but it is monthly wash day and families used all the other dryers. So to give a summary- staff is no where to be seen. They did not post signs on the machines out of order so I lost coins. The credit card network is not functioning at all. There is a ceiling tile missing and people are sitting on the folding tables. And there is not even a step stool available to help reach the back of the machine to clean it up thoroughly. There are a lot of options to do laundry and this will now be my last time here.

1st time here and actually 1st time using a laundromat ever. Everything here was clean and organized. Went around 12 on a Thursday so wasn't too busy. The largest washing machine is 10 dollars but you can pay by card. It can handle quite a large load. The there are 6 very big dryers and the rest are normal but they all cost 25 cents for 5 minutes. The dryer was also large enough to dry all my clothes (roughly 40 lbs) in 30 minutes. There are several small boutiques near by you can visit while you wait. Bathroom here was spotless as well and attendant working was courteous.

Their pay range steals your money, don't use it!!Someone else here complained about it a week ago and the owner still had not removed the service because to the owner, free money is good money, even if it is stolen money ?Also, one wash with coins is $6-$7 which is crazy expensive. That's not even including using their dryers ?

Been coming here for years! I came in today and they have PayRange now which is so efficient. No more going to the ATM or dealing with quarters. Love this laundry-mat

Visiting the area...this establishment is clean and reasonably priced. I've been here in the area for 3 weeks and have used this place 3 times. There are plenty of machines. Plenty of parking behind the building if street parking out front is full.
