Transferred to T-Mobile from another carrier because they have great rates and like their $40 plan. It's been a few months now and everything is good with my new T-mobile plan and phone ( did I mention I got their special Free iPhone giveaway ) - awesome. Definitely would come back and will like to do their home internet next. Special mention to Jaime, great help and customer service.

Active user for this provider for 2 years. During that time I had experienced speeds significantly slower than promised.I thought it was the SIM card, so I had them switched at this location, which was a terrible experience. Customer service here was abominable including the manager. However I did end up switching the SIM card, at which no change was evident. And when I went back to this location, I had received NO help with this issue.Instead of fixing my current issue, I was constantly pushed to buy more products and plans BY THE MANAGER. When I already have their home internet service and unlimited phone lines.Speaking of, I had realized that the internet was ALSO SLOWER THAN PROMISED. And when I had called concerning this issue, I was told that the internet connection was actually split between my house and my neighbors; and when I told them to fix it, I was professionally told "No." So I was basically paying for slow internet speeds for myself, and for my neighbor without my knowledge. And when It was in my knowledge they refused to fix it.Not to mention recently I have been up-charged on my phone plan for the same slow speeds. I now pay $150 for 3 lines. (not including internet)Truthfully worst service experience, I have since switched to boost mobile, and have not had any issues with customer service and my service plan.

Stay away from this place!!!Came to this location back in September to do 2 device upgrades.The store rep "promised" we would get a $400 credit per device on our account spread across installments however for some reason could not get that in writing on the purchase order.Proceeded to trust the store and now its been 3 months without the credit reflecting on my account.This is unfortunately now the 2nd time i've had to go through this back and forth with T-Mobile Support. Super shady sales tactics and will ultimately be doing further device or account changes over the phone or online directly to not have to deal with these scams.

Worst experience I’ve had. I went in for a phone upgrade and was told I need to add a line in order to get the phone. I already have 3 lines currently now they told me I have to add a 4th? I have never been told this before what a scam. DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE.

This review is for the T-mobile located in San Bruno Towne Square.I've been having intermittent connection problems with my phone ever since I purchased it, but never got around to having it addressed. I was not looking forward to bringing it back to the place of purchase because the last time I visited, I encountered staff who seemed disinterested and unmotivated. Getting answers was like pulling teeth! I happened to see the T-Mobile store at the Towne Square and decided to take a chance since I've been dealing with connection problems for months. The "Mobile Expert" who assisted me, Jaime Banegas, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He explained every step of what he was doing and WHY he was doing it. He was very professional, in contrast to the OTHER T-mobile store located just across the street where I originally purchased my phone. I'll have to wait and see if the problem has been fixed, but in the event I have to get more service done, I know where to go!

The staff at this store were terrible with customer services. 5 of them doing nothing the one lady that I asked for help said I have to call the 800 customer service line to help me.

The staffs here are incompetent! A wasted of 10 minutes and the little girl with the long black hair insists that I show my ID when in fact, identity can be verified with a simple text similar to when over the phone with Customer Service. The code verified can be read! She can't seem to understand that logic. Plus that rolling eye attitude needs to be left back with high school.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. The young lady greeted me with a look of despair and literally refused to assist me with my account. I've been with t-mobile for over 20 years now and this is the same company that will keep 25% of your lines open when You ask to terminate an account and then send you to collections for $50 bc they fail to train their employees. Run like the wind, trust me.

Waited almost one hour and left.They had only 4 attendants and 3 of them were helping the same customer.Don’t they get proper training before they get hired ? It seems not. There were about 7 people waiting in line, and 4 of them ( including my self ) left in disgust.Employees should be properly trained before they hit the field . It should not take 3 clerks to help one single customer .

Terrible experience!I bought 2 synckup drive for my cars, 1 off them never worked.I went to store for replacement, they made me wait 47 minutes and they tried to charge me again for another synckup drive.I just quit my service with T-MOBILE after 7 years.
