The manager Ashley Green be aware. She was really rude and racists to me.Squinting her eyes at me. Like I have small eyes. She doesn't know how to treat customers at all.Don't try to argue and really listen to the customer and understand where they are coming from. Just imagine your a customer and you were told the wrong information. And you were laughing at me and making me feel like I'm stupid. You made me feel so uncomfortable and verbally abusive. Saying I don't know what I'm talking about. This target basically scammed me.Today from now on I'll never goto this target again. And I'll tell everyone else I know to never come here ever again. And you'll see a lawsuit coming for you for this abusive behavior and scam.

This is the worst most complicated target to get into I have ever seen. Multiple entries with signs on the doors saying This entrance closed although literally you could walk right through the door and be inside Target. Elevators to parking is. Whereas some Target stores you just pull up in the lot go and get what you want and leave, this Target store requires at least 20 minutes commitment for simply getting into the store. The reason for two stars, not one, once you get in the store it's a relatively nice store. Although layout is very confusing spread over two floors. I stopped here hoping to pick something up quick and ended up spending more than 40 minutes.

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience with pick up. Granted I visited during the 5 o'clock rush but either way I ended up waiting 20 minutes debating if I should just walk in to pick up my order. Concerned I might miss them I ended up waiting. If you're in a rush definitely go in or be ready to be patient. My experience with my local target isn't the same so I was a little bummed out by that.

11/13/2022: I bought this tent specifically for picnicking and beach camping; however, the zipper's stitching is ALREADY unraveling, i.e., I JUST bought the tent this afternoon, set the tent up yet, I must NOW return this tent! Seriously, I must hop onto my soapbox complaining where's the QC-QUALITY CONTROL????Geez~Anyone buying a tent KNOWS a tent isn't a tent without an operable zipper closing the main tent door! Grrrrr~I froze last night because the zipper seam where it's unraveling is allowing freezing, cold air entering the tent!I will NEVER buy a picnic tent from Target-EVER!!!!

Elevators/top floor exits never in order due to theft. I get it but might as well close if your worried about theft all the time. I'm not disabled so I don't need to use the elevator. But I'm sure there's fire laws being broken here. There's only one way to get in and out. Park on the first floor.

Is this the oldest, dankest Target store in existence? There's another Target within spitting distance so it's a mystery why they're putting any money into this location. Nobody in their right mind would make this destination retail unless you were a PA scouting for a slasher movie:(Scene: Big box store in the back of an old mall, .7 miles from the main entrance, abutting a dark, concrete covered parking structure)But I had an appointment for a COVID shot at the CVS inside this Target. I picked up a couple of items while impatiently waiting my 15 minutes post-vax to leave. The folks who worked for both at CVS and Target were polite and helpful though.

This use to be one of my favorite Target to shop at. Now a lot of essentials are under lock. This time it's toothpaste! There's been so much bad element coming through the store that now they have police officers guarding the entrance. San Bruno is still a good community so I have no idea where these thieves are coming from. I feel bad for the workers and shoppers.

This Target is OK, feels a little dingy but not the end of the world. It's two stories and thus feels quite large. They have a cart escalator for your cart which I thought was funny. There is also an elevator.I highly recommend scanning items on your Target app to see if they're cheaper on Target.com - I was amazed that many items I scanned were more expensive in store at Tanforan than online. Their price match policy states that yes they will price match online but I didn't feel like dealing with this and flagging down an associate, especially for multiple items so I just put those items back on the shelf.Self checkout was fine.

Similar in scope to most suburban big-box Targets, except that this outlet has two levels and is attached to a mall. As you've probably seen at other multi-level Targets, there's a nifty shopping cart escalator (note that it says that kids are discouraged from riding in carts, but not adults ;) ).Other than this, the two-level layout might throw off some folks who are used to one-level big-box Targets which are almost always arranged predictably (apparel at the entrance, bath and cleaning supplies further inside, groceries at a far corner, and household goods, toys, and electronics at the rear). When I stopped by, I found parking easy to find as there is an exterior multi-level parking garage off to one side of the store. An easy in-and-out Target run.By the way, what is with those smarmy, contrived stock images uploaded by Target Corporate? They don't reflect this actual location, which violates Yelp policy. Guess Yelp can be bought off after all - or they can bend their supposed "rules" however they want.

I put my order in for online delivery on July 2nd. It's now the 13 th my order was picked complete and has been sitting on the dock waiting to be shipped out since the 5 th. Why are you holding on to customer's orders and not shipping them out. And yes I do know that this comes from a warehouse and not the individual stores. No faith in target. Walmart will ship it out the next day.

The San Bruno Target location used be my favorite Target in the peninsula, until tonight; the stench of destitute individuals was unbearable. I was trying hard not to gag, so they wouldn't feel bad but DANG!!! I observed these individuals loitering inside and hanging outside the exit. They greeted me as I was exiting and never posed as a threat. Thank God we are able to drive up and pick up from curbside.

Everybody loves Target. My Target experience here wasn't great though. There are two stories and the sign stated that there are checkouts located on both. This was not true though and we had to go to the upper level to check out. Our stop here took longer then necessary.

I'll be back in 15 mins on my break no one else to help. Reasons why I don't care for corporate set ups and poor managed stores. Informed store manager of employee wandering around electronics department instead of getting someone else to help or better yet leave floor. since they're on their break store managers reply is "I'm sorry about that" no offering of help to resolve also loss of a sale. Reply felt just like, long as I collect my paycheck

I came shopping with my dog and my pup was inside the cart. The older security with long hair Morgan seen me shopping with my dog and said hey go clean up your dog's poop, I told the security Morgan my dog didn't poop anywhere, and was told to get out the store stupid. I was looking for a manager last night and target workers told me the manager is on lunch. I was wrongfully accused of my dog pooping in the store and was told to get out. The security he kept following me and telling me to leave so uncalled for target!
