I would not recommend this store. They have slow service and rude staff. On top of that they wanted to charge me $6 to print a shipping label and said that I would have to pay for them to tape my box I was shipping.

Not only they are slow, but also very unprofessional and rude bothe Indian lady and her husband,,, ohhhh and good luck on using the computer or printer, they charged $6 almost $7 for one paper. Staples charge 0.32…..

Quick in and out for Amazon returns. They’re a small business, so I can imagine a little tape on packages adds up. Just package up your Amazon returns properly and no issue.

Employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Charging for a small piece of tape to send an Amazon return is ridiculous!

BEWARE!! These people are ignorant scammers. Insisted that the address on my package “didn’t exist” so they changed it - package was returned to me two weeks later, completely destroyed. Had to repackage and pay again to re-ship from another location. Turns out they also jacked prices up by more than 25% to increase their cut off the top. The worst.

(This UPS a man and a woman )The customer looked expressionless.When I arrived at the point,they refused my return,I was very angry because the two boxes of goods were to big and too heavry,I met Amazon's return requirements.

They charged me $250 more than online estimates for an overnight delivery. I wish I checked online beforehand. Be very careful dealing with them.

I was hesitant to go to this location given all of the negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and fast it was to ship a return from here on a Sat afternoon.
I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

There have been many times that I’ve come to this location and it is not open despite their Google and storefront hours. Such an inconvenience.

Just want to put it out there that I've never had a bad experience here. I totally understand the frustration around being forced to buy expensive tape when you just need to close a box. I haven't faced that situation at this location but I have at other locations. I agree that it's not worth the bad customer experience for locations to make money on packing tape. But I've found the people working at this location to be friendly and efficient. Hopefully my experience keeps being that way.
