“Isso is a neighborhood staple! Despite the proximity to Valencia and Dolores, Isso manages to have affordable pieces. Many of the clothes are sourced and hand tailored to make original garments, or are otherwise lovely vintage pieces. I’ve gotten 2 pairs of jeans/ trouser from here - both were under $20 and are two of the most complimented pieces in my wardrobe! Super unique, chic, sustainable place to shop :)”
“I love this store- very sweet staff and good stuff but here's the thing ...I've now come here twice when they are supposed to be open according to their posted hours and they're not open. So I have come all the way across town to pick up a wish order and look around and they're not open. :(”
“We were so pleased with Remoov. The process was incredibly easy to get an estimate online and schedule a convenient day for pickup. The 3 gentlemen who came to take the furniture were very professional and courteous. They were gentle with the furniture as well as quick. How easy they made it look! All with a smile on their faces. We highly recommend Remoov to anyone.”
“Very nice store. Glad it was open until 8pm on a Friday unlike so many other stores on this street. I found a beautiful dress to wear for my baby shower for $45! Yay! It was a great find.”
“Great selection.. dope staff (the blonde lady was crackin me up.. “oh you should see my holds back there, ughhh I’m a shopper”…. Hahaha.. loved it.Will add photos of a couple good deals I got during their 50% sale!! Did find an original Kansas City Kings Button and being from KC and having a brand called “RetroKingsKC” this was an AWESOME find for me!!!”
“Had a great first experience consigning and buying at Mary's today. She thoughtfully went through all the items I brought in and nicely explained what she was looking for and what she picked and why. You have 60 days for your items to sell and just need to come back into the shop to get your check. I shopped around after and got an adorable linen dress for under $30! You can't ask for a much more from your neighborhood consignment store!”
“No Shop was the last place we went to on Valencia street that day. We were tired, thirsty, and getting hungry. I have to admit that I didn't really go through the racks here as I enthusiastically did a couple shops before this one, so this is on our list to revisit a next time. They seem to curate some fashionable labels here.”
“I had a very positive experience; great selection of furniture and Greg is very friendly and informative. Good deal for two pieces of fueniture and a lamp. We've been looking for nice wooden buffet and bookshelf for reasonable prices which we found here :)”

“Excellent store- well merchandised and overflowing with beautiful desirable quality clothing and accessories. Numerous relevant designers represented. Extremely friendly staff.”
“This is a crossroads in downtown san Francisco is in a handy location next to the muni sation . Its a big size crossroads trading shop with lots of verity for LGTBQ + folks & lots of women clothing etc and a huge verity section for men ....staff here are friendly and helpful ..... as for parking it seems like street parking around here and there but thier is a wonderful public transportation sations right outside infront of the shop building here”
“Very special shout-out to Benji (hope I spelled that correctly) who actually found some missing AirPod Pros I had thought I lost that was in the pockets of one of my jackets and actually returned back to me! They meticulously went through two moving boxes full of clothes. Although only one item was taken in, I really appreciate the warmth, thoughtfulness and even helping me reload my items back into my boxes.
Sometimes the selling process at consignment stores can be so cold but I really appreciate Benji’s warmth today and it really stuck out compared to any experience I’ve had at Crossroads. ♥️
PS i also ended up buying two items - they have some nicer things on the rack than usual. Definitely worth revisiting if you haven’t gone in awhile to see what things they do take in!”
“Highly recommend visiting for queer history and erotic connoisseurs. Owner is very friendly and plenty of options from posters, art, magazines, buttons, videos, postcards and more.”
“Awsome crossroads here in san Francisco ....its a small location with lots of good selection in the store .....the location is great its near a bus/muni light rail stops ....staff here are friendly and helpful ....love this location of crossroads in san Francisco California”
“First time bringing items to Plato’s. It’s really easy, they do ask for an ID not sure why. But basically you drop off your clothes and if it’s a lot they will send you a text message once ready. They only picked 1 basket out of 5 bags that I took but I got a good amount of cash back. Will def do it again. The employees are super nice and helpful.”
“This is the best place around here to purchase high end workout clothes in excellent used condition for a reasonable price. I think the owner is nice, I just come in knowing what I am looking for. Other places are overpriced and worn out with piling in the leggings. The first time I came in it was a so-so experience but she was still nice at the check out. They have a lovely collection of shoes and handbags as well. I've found a hidden gem!”
“cute little place, quick service. Their target audience is teenagers and young adults. Primary vibe is beachy, which makes sense bc of the location.
If you bring your stuff to sell they prefer to go through your items without you there, which is the complete opposite of Height St 2nd hand stores, which I though was a bit weird.
The staff were nice enough but not the most polite. It is a second hand store afterall, not a luxury brand, so adjust your expectations accordingly. Overall, I think it's a unique little place, and certainly the only one in Pacifica, so I'll be coming back.”
“Love this place! Always where I come first when I need something because it’s often there and so much cheaper and eco-friendly than buying new. Great and friendly staff too!”
