Very annoying by the guy who wore white uniform in the pharmacy, I thought he's the one who's going to do the vaccine for me, thank God he's not! I scheduled A/B and TD at this store, I received a call 1.5 hour before my appointment said they don't have TD available, I still went there... he kept asking me again and again why I took the vaccine, I told him mine was overdue and my physician told me to do as well, he was nonstop asking me the same question 3-4x, when I told him I also scheduled TD, he said TD is Tdap! What?! Really?! Seriously?! As a person who's wearing white uniform and working in pharmacy gave patient incorrect information?! How can he work there?

On Walgreens website it didn't say KP not allow to get Covid shot there, by the time I got there and waited for 30 minutes than I got told that they can't give me a Covid shot. Why they can't put the information at their website ??? I could use the time I drove to Walgreens and waited there to do something else.

Of all the Walgreens Ive been to, this is the only place that I will give 5 stars. The employees here were really accomodating and helpful especially their manager, Bri who came to help me. Bri greeted me politely and attended to my needs. Aside from being beautiful, I believe that shes an exceptional manager the way she speaks to her employees and a great role model. Thank you for your assistance Bri, this is my go to walgreens from now on and I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

If I could give less than 1 *, I would. Refusing to supply mifepristone to patients who need it to treat endometriosis or uterine fibroids -- not to mention Cushing's syndrome -- is unconscionable! If Walgreens wants to run its pharmacies as though they're in a Fascist state, let them move to a Fascist state. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a company making money off of sick people!

Cashier Anita has a huge attitude problem , will always catch her arguing with customers , either debating between adverted price or price on the shelves and the price she sees on her cash register , will be debating with the customer as much as she can to insist her side even if she has a very long line , and often will catch her rolling her eyeballs whenever she doesnt get her way ... MANAGEMENT TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES IN REGARDS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been waiting on hold over 52 minutes just to check on a prescription status. Ridiculous. Finally Jenny picked up and told me it would be a 30 minute wait once we get there because the prescription isn't ready. What horrible customer service. The pharmacy is specifically dealing with people who have medical issues and should be more sensitive to their customers needs.

Pharmacy is clearly understaffed and poorly organized. Medications routinely expire while you are waiting for others to be approved. If you are a senior hoping to make one trip to the pharmacy to pick up all of your medications together, forget about it. That just doesn't seem possible for them, so prepare to make multiple trips to the pharmacy in any given week. And good luck getting ahold of them on the phone to sort your issue, hour long hold times/disconnections have become routine here.

This star is a mistake! They messed up my prescription and insisted it was my misunderstanding!!!! They looked at the security video and it was one of their coworkers mistake! I'm so mad at them. I only had 2 meds from them & they couldn't handle it!!!

If you can go to C.V.S. I always have trouble with the pharmacy . My wife was just on hold for an hour and half . I don't know if they just don't care to try and work something out with doctor's order or anything else . There is nothing good about this pharmacy .

Very slow service at the pharmacy and cashier, probably due to understaffing. Wish there were other options in the area.

The staff here are clueless. I went in twice to take passport pictures, they told me that the machine was down and to go to Millbrae, I went to Millbrae, they told me they have to charge the machine for 1 hour and referred me to another Walgreen on ECR; I called them, the person on the phone said that passport pictures machine was down at all Walgreens. They advertise selling Fast Track; I went here 3 times for Fast Track and each time the associate at the counter told me 3 different stories. Call first, as they advertise one thing and service is quite different from their advertisement.

Maybe the 25th experience with Walgreens being a total disaster but came for a booster shot with appt and have waited 1.5 hrs, and still in line. This is common. I did the same thing here three years ago for my flu shot. Can this entire chain please get acquired by any other company that knows how to run a business?? Ps go to CVS, it will improve your life immensely.

The pharmacy is the worse I've ever dealt with. I saw a doctor I hadn't seen in a while and he sent a prescription there, instead of the SSF Walgreen's. I had hoped it was running more smothly than it did when I used it in the past - but that was wishful thinking! I got a text asking me to call the pharmacy to update my insurance. I was at work, but called to get it taken care of. I was on hold for over 20 minutes then was hung up on. Called again, hung up on after 27 minutes this time. Called back, same thing. Over an hour wasted. I finally called the front of the store to see if there was something wrong with the pharmacy phone but they didn't know anything, and transferred me back to the pharmacy...same thing! I understand they must be busy, but how can you run a business like this.
