This has been nothing worse than the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. Bought a $400 truck in October for Christmas. Opened in January, battery died a few weeks later. Called Walmart customer care for the past 2 months and they keep telling me they cant give a refund because its outside the warranty. Now they give me a number to call and promised a refund plus more. Then i call the number and its the same number! Then they tell me i need to send a letter to this address? I will never order another thing from this company again.

Terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop online. I ordered 2 pairs of AirPods and only received 1 pair! Walmart’s costumer service accused me of taking one out of the package. After accusing me, they accused UPS and noted that I file a dispute with UPS. Turns out UPS noted in their documents that there was only 1 pair of air pods in the package! When providing this information to Walmart’s costumer service, they insisted that they couldn’t do anything about it. How is that fair that I paid an extra $250 for something I didn’t receive because “it’s my problem now”. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do now?

It's been 2 months of Walmart cancelling orders that I made for suspicion that someone else is using my account. I call over and over again, and customer service can't help me. Fraud department can't help me. Nobody can escalate it any higher. I used to spend a ton of money at Walmart getting all my necessities. Now I have to switch to target because Walmart legitimately won't let me make orders anymore. I followed all the instructions given to me every time I called customer service, and nothing was ever fixed. I don't know how to resolve anything at this point. This'll be my first negative review, anywhere, ever. You could have more of my money, Walmart, but you won't take it anymore. To the competition I go.

After our Vizio 75" TV arrived this afternoon ($1198). The outside bix was a 85" Hisense TV, I asked the delivery driver what the deal was, and he said they re-boxed it. Hmm, that gave me a red flag straight away. Delivery driver left after helping me inside with it, I am a senior citizen, I opened the top of the first box and looked inside, the vizio box seemed damaged at the bottom. So after further investigation, the vizio box and the TV were destroyed. So what I don't understand is, this TV came from Walmart Pendergrass distribution center Georgia. So why would they hide a destroyed none functioning TV in a 85" Hisense box, knowing what the outcome was going to be! Let's hope the right people investigate and come up with the correct answer?Accountability!

So. Where do I start?!... I was a delivery driver for Spark. My account was wrongfully deactivated. I serviced a customer per my contract and followed ALL the guidelines.I delivered an order to a customer, who was outside waiting for me. The customer gave me the name on the order without me asking for it, and the ID matched the name on the order form. The driver has to scan the ID and wait for the clearance in order to release the order to the customer. Both of which I did. After the ID cleared the groceries were placed in a basket that the customer brought out. When I left the customer, I then chatted with Spark Chat to let them know what happened with that order in case someone called because the ID was a woman and the customer appeared as a man. Due to laws and regulations regarding discrimination and pronouns I did not say anything about it to the customer. Instead I thought I was doing the right thing by alerting the company I'm contracted with. The customer could have been in the house that matched the ID, sick, anything and sent someone else. Or they could have been a victim of Identity theft. It was not for me to call or judge but to inform Spark. As a result of me believing I was doing the right thing, I was then removed from the platform. If doing the right thing can get me removed from the app with no warning, placed in a financial hardship, with my metrics being in good standing is obsurd. To have to wait 7-10 business days for doing the right thing and going through an appeal for doing something right really should be looked at. I'm not Spark or the Walmart police, yet I saw a potential problem and spoke up.I'm homeless and Spark had afforded me the opportunity to stay in a hotel instead of living in my car. I wish I had not said anything now and just let your company figure things out because apparently no one more.I could give a bunch of helpful insight as an independent contractor to Spark, starting with deleting people from the app with no resolution and wondering what happened is unethical and unfair. I spoke up and the next morning I'm kicked off left begging someone to tell me what happened only to be told it will take 7-10 business days. I don't have that kind of time to wait, get kicked out of the hotel cause now I can't pay, when I did nothing wrong. All this took place August 3, 2023. Its now August 29, 2023 and Spark nor walmart has followed up with me regarding my account. When you call, the customer service reps have no one to transfer you to to follow up on the appeal and that in itself is frustrating. This is just one email of 3 that I have sent to Wal-Mart headquarters and still no reply or answer. Here is my review. It takes humans to help build a business. Without customers and employees there would be no walmart. At this rate, they will fold just as fast as they started. The mission and the culture should be with the people that help make the company what it is today. Not the other way around. I should have not had to leave a review of this magnitude just to feel heard or that my voice matters. I'm validating every Spark driver that was deactivated a d their account was never properly reviewed or received an answer. How could this have been rectified?

Terrible. Fraudulently charged my credit card for 6 bottles of body wash and had it delivered to my home. When I called to find out why this was delivered to me also found out I was charged for it. Customer service was beyond useless and made me go all the way to the nearest Walmart store and return it. Still no explanation of why this order was even placed.

I had the worst shopping experience I have ever had at the walmart in yuba city, Ca. It took 20 minutes to get help in the sporting dept. The greeters at the front weren't greeting they were making fun of customers coming and going. The store is always a mess nothing is ever put away its just thrown there, the floors are either sticky or just never been cleaned up, there's buckets all over the store floor with water in them from a leaky roof and no hazard signs next to the buckets, the customers are rood because the associates don't care about the customers needs. I will NEVER shop there again. Corporate needs to clean house and hire new associates that want to work and understand what customer service means. The Oroville walmart is just as bad.

WALMART DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION OR SAFETY. DO NOT SHOP THEIR STORES.
