Worst Wells Fargo ever. You will be waiting in line for about an hour. There are only two cashiers. And about 30 people in line. I would just avoid this one and go to one a little farther

Currently at this bank as my mom cannot stand in line due to her knees being bad and she's handicapped. Currently 9 people in front of her and 9 people behind her. Finally i told her to go the seat that has the handicap sign posted on the window and the banker tells her to go back in line or go to the atm machine! Wow!! Unacceptable! She said her knees hurt and he finally helped her. I see so many other elderly people with canes standing in line with only 2 bank tellers. Total of 14 people in line.

Evidently there are NO banker's available ALL day. Very disappointed my questions and issues were not addressed.

Strongly recommended, i would like to give them 10 start to this branch but i can't. We been working with them for about 6, they are so friendly, Helpfully, Kindly, Tellers, Bankers, Managements, Business Bankers, etc. It's feel like home, they always are ready to help. I don't know why they have bad reviews about this branch, i been in a lot is WF Banks, but this one is my favorite !!

This is a very crowded branch...San Bruno seems to be hub of lots of things. My transactions have always gone well though sometimes the lines have caused me to turn around. Given the bank hours all over are reduced and that Saturday hours are limited and or non-existent this branch will have to do...suggest an appointment and or a very early arrival.

Made an appointment at the branch. Was late due to traffic and sat there right at the 15 minute mark. Waited there another good 5 minutes but nobody came by. Well they didn't acknowledge me at all so went and ask someone if there was a check-in counter or anything. Get blasted by the service person to say that well they only keep your appointment for 15 minutes. Well technically I was there at that time... Well go sit there for another 15 minutes as punishment and see if someone can help. After my punishment for 15-20 minute, somebody comes by and says that you need to make an appointment. Great Customer Service!!

Always a line. Tellers get paid by the hour. They don't care if you wait 5 minutes or 50. If you don't believe, you can try. All commission based staff take appointments and don't do teller work. The banking in-person industry has morphed into sadness and parallels how we are treating and respecting people's time.

Great staff bad management, all the time I come for business transactions, alway as a long wai, like waiting 30-50 minutes understaff tellers but a lot of bankers smh. Same issue everyday and they can't figure it out . Pour more teller in the morning will help !!!!! Ok

On 11/9 I went in to send an international wire. I was told that I would be contacted by the person who helped me at this branch if something fell through. I didn't find out until 11/17 that the wire didn't go through, but nobody contacted me, I had to call the wire dept. myself. After I filed a complaint one of the managers from the branch told me I would get my wire back and they would refund me the transfer fee. Today I got my wire back, but it was $20 dollars less than what I originally wired, while its a small amount its not insignificant. The service through this process has made me doubt my 10+ year business with WF and I plan on closing my account. The worst service and experience with Wells Fargo I have ever experienced

Very convenient location just a stone throws away from the 280 and 101. Four atms which give you a choice of $20s or $50s to dish out. Cool!

Trust me if I could give it a zero I would. Grew my business from $12,00 in 2012 to $215,000 last year, have been in to them for the last 2 years for a business loan, wanted collateral. Why would I need the loan if I had the collateral. Now I was told the SBA disaster relief...we they still had not made a decision. I really bashed them on Facebook with comments last year, they cut me off.

With all the chaos that is going on i really appreciate that the bank is open and how organized the are. Definitely using all safety measures and enforcing distance in and out of the bank. Also the staff members are really friendly.

I've been to this Wells Fargo so many times over the past 2 years. I've had nothing but great experiences with every customer service rep that has helped me. From Sheldon, Liza, Mitzi and so on. Everyone is so quick to complain about customer service when these workers do the best they can to assist us every day and deal with such ugly behavior from the "customers" any who... Keep up the good work Wells Fargo San Bruno!! You guys are amazing!
