The hostility from the rep Rene was unnecessary. All I wanted was clarification as to why I needed to fill out an application for a money order. I had been there 2 days prior purchased 2 money ordered with card and I was in an out. No profile or application completed. I come in today she's telling me to fill out an application for a profile to finish the transaction. She didn't ask how much the money order was for or how I would be paying. She kept saying it was required for recourse but I wanted to know why I wasn't asked to be completed the first time. She kept saying it was required and that was all. I made a few calls and while I was not the phone she called someone I told them my situation not sure what they told her but afterwards she said that the form should have been completed the first time i came for recourse purposes when paying for card that they usually don't even take card only as a curtesy. I then told her that's fine, I just wanted clarification that's all. Then she said because of the Situation I feel more comfortable that you pay with cash. She told me there was an atm across the street and she will not be taking my card to purchase the money order since it's their policy to take cash. In the beginning of all this, I wanted to see if I can get a refund for the 2 money ordered I had purchased a few days prior because I no longer needed that Amount. She said, don't you have a bank account to deposit them? I told her I have a credit union and the closes was in Richmond and I live in the peninsula so I don't think she liked the extra work. If I was able to pull out the cash at any atm or bank I would have done that but obviously I was using my card because I'm unable to do it unless i take a 40 minute drive. In the end, she refused to take my card. I was calm the entire situation but she probably didn't like to be questioned. Do not go here especially with Rene the red head lady. No help at all

Customer service does nothing. They were contacted numerous times. So we are not doing business with them. Warning these people are scammers!

I had to receive money sent from Ukraine via Western Union. Having visited several Western Union outlets, I heard a rude answer that they do not have so much money, and when they will, no one knows, and where I can get my money, they also cannot tell. Frustrated, I started searching the internet and accidentally found Cash # 1 in San Bruno. it was great luck! culturally answering my questions, Amy said that I can get my money without problems! Thanks to these people for their service! thanks to Amy for the great service! And what a pity that in other points of Western Union no one could tell where you can get the money sent to you !

After being there forever and having to jump through hoops to send some money....the worker tells me I could have done the same thing for cheaper online....

I've never had a bad experience here before and they've always been able to get what I needed from here. But today when I get to get a payday loan. My next payday is a week from now. And typically your due date will go to the next pay day it's how I've done it before. But they said that they can't do it that it would have to be paid next week. And they said the most they could extend it to is 17days and when I asked for that they said they can't do it because it's not my payday. So why say they can do it in the first place. Bad experience all around.
