Zyra was amazing! I had made a reservation online and she showed me the space, answered all my questions and gave me all the relevant info, efficiently handled all the paperwork, and had me all set up with my code in less than 20 mins or so. Also somehow made the process of renting a storage unit fun!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Katie is an absolute angel ... she made the move in process a breeze and when I lost the keys to the lock for my unit she dealt with it seamlessly and saved me the time and money I would have needed to call a locksmith. Honestly this place is the best, I'm so glad I decided to go with this location because the staff and service here are amazing. Thank you Katie!!!

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Bay Area Storage, and I must say that my experience was exceptional, largely thanks to Katie, who assisted us during our move-in process. From the moment we arrived, Katie was incredibly welcoming and professional.
She took the time to explain all the details about the storage unit, the facility, and the services offered, ensuring that we had a clear understanding of everything we needed. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all of our questions made the process smooth and stress-free.

Bay Area Storage has been extremely easy to work with. Clean, safe and well managed. The people in the office and on the phone have been very pleasant and friendly, especially Uriel Rodriguez who helped me out with a lock for my unit.
Thank you for being the BEST storage facility in the Bay Area. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family!
