I just got a chicken's ball sandwich from the deli. Instead of the spring mix they put jalapeño peppers. Didn't ask for them to change anything from what was written on the board. After 10 years of getting sandwich from them I am not planning on going back.

Although a bit pricey, Bianchini's Market has a full deli and salad bar area, and some of the best meats, poultry, and seafood in San Carlos. Their produce section is always fresh with a nice variety of organic fruits and vegetables.

Very rude don't recommend going here. Owners are constantly on a power trip. Parking is very hard to come by in this area.They own the parking lot and if you park there to run any errand they will attempt to tow your car. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Excellent grocery store with a wide selection. If I'm looking for one place where I can find high-quality steaks, fresh seafood, wonderful cheeses from around the world, a variety of produce, and a bunch of staples, Bianchini's is one of my top choices. To me, they're comparable to Draeger's in this regard, and above all other grocery stores in the area.

Went to pick up a few things tonight. Been a customer forever and I recommend this store to all my clients. Bianchini's is the best and I love all the people there. Tonight I bought a few groceries, paid for it but forgot to get some juice. With my grocery brown bag I went back to look at the juice. Did not see what I wanted so I picked up my bag and started to walk out but an idiot employee decided to stop me for shoplifting. He asked for my receipt and I told him who checked me out and the cashier confirmed that he did. The idiot employee then said that he accused me because he heard a noise from my brown bag. What? He didn't see me put anything in my bag but a noise? Then he says I'm just doing my job. Obviously he doesn't know how to his job when he accuses an innocent customer over a noise? But didn't see it? Paranoid much? And to top it all off no apology whatsoever for the wrongful accusation or inconvenience! Obviously no customer service training. Beware of the want to be cop/inspector gadget idiot if you are shopping and carrying your brown bag in the store. Don't make noises with the bag or you will be stopped for shoplifting lol!

Awful experience at this place today.The old lady at the cashier didn't hear me saying it was three separate orders, so when she scanned one item of the second order I told her, and she started to act very rude, tossing the water glasses, rescanning everything from the beginning, rolling eyes. She was giving an attitude like a child who can't accept being.Only this would be bad enough, but then she forgot to give me one of the receipts and when I asked for it she kept telling me she already gave it to me, refusing to check for it, even though I checked on every pocket and the floor, despite being sure she didn't give it.In the end the manager had to pass all the items AGAIN at a different cashier just so I could get the receipt that I needed since the order was not for me.I find this type of treatment unacceptable at a place so expensive.

Specialty items set this grocery store apart from the big box chain stores. Love their cheeses, desert section, and craft beer selection. Their meat, fish, and poultry selections are wonderful and delicious!

I picked up freshly cooked whole turkeys for our work potluck here. First impressions: plenty of parking in their dedicated parking lot, inviting market with lots of specialty products, and helpful, efficient staff. An employee helped me and the turkeys to my car. The turkeys, while on the pricier side, were the best I have ever tasted. Both the white and dark meat were tender and flavorful. Funny story: we forgot to bring a carving set to our potluck. These turkeys were so tender we literally cut all three with a plastic butter knife. Incredible! I look forward to returning and exploring more of their offerings.

I recently used Bianchini's catering for an engagement party for my daughter. The food was delicious & the presentation was amazing! The staff was very easy to work with & helpful. I would definately recommend their catering services.

This supermarket takes every single item on their shelves seriously from the fresh fruits to fresh vegetables fresh bread, cheese, they have a great Deli/hot food section that serves tasty hot food and fresh delicious deli meat for sandwiches on fresh baked bread from their very own bakery I mean every single thing you buy in this store is worth every dollar you spend on it! I highly recommend buying your groceries from this supermarket

We really like and shop here all the time. The cashiers are very friendly especially Angela & Tiffany! The deli counter has so many friendly people like Mary, Eloy, Linda, Xavier and Daniel. The managers are great too! We find most of what we need here & like to support a local business. My only complaint is the meat & seafood department. The customer service there is lacking so much. They are not friendly, they choose who they want to help & leave most people waiting. They have attitudes like you are bothering them, hardly smile and have conversations & sometimes when standing there waiting for help they just stare and don't ask if you need anything. They under weigh meat when you ask for a certain weight. I'm always saying no I asked you for this amount. Don't get me wrong there are a couple of nice men in the meat department BUT there are MORE unpleasant & rude ones there. It's ridiculous & I wish that it would get better. It's a nice store with a lot of great things but the meat department is definitely NOT IT!!

Really nice local grocery store in San Carlos. They have lots of speciality items, a really good deli and prepared foods section and cheeses, as well as extensive meats from butcher. They have a pretty decent selection of veggies and fruits, but most of the ailes are dedicated to prepared foods, baked goods, shelf stable items, some frozen foods, and meat/fish. They also sell wine and liquor that range from reasonably priced to really way too high (they had a few bottles of bourbon that were anywhere from 10 or 20 bucks to like hundreds of dollars over MSRP).
