A small place and across the street from trader Joe's, I thought it would be convenient. But it's not terribly clean, lots of dryer sheets on the floor and goo n the top of washers (why don't people wipe up their spilled detergent). The owners are always parked in the back, so the few parking spaces that are convenient for bringing in bags of laundry are always full. Lugging bags and hampers across the street is annoyingIt's $6 to use the small washers. And the machines Do Not take credit/debit/apple pay. So unless you have cash on hand, you can't wash/dry. Which is a good sign they are laundering things other than clothes. I'll stick to my preferred place in Belmont

Well it's a laundry mat, not the happiest place in earth but all machines were in working condition. Prices are higher than other options.

Expensive and filthy. Saturday evening. And the dispenser is of the large washer which costs at minimum $11.50 per wash. Combine that with a few regulars who insist on keeping the rear door of the business wide open when it's 40 out so they can see their laundry from their car while vaping and listening to music and you have a complete picture of the inhospitable environment this place is.

Unfortunately my husband and I had our clothes stolen. A couple pairs of jeans, sweaters, shirts. Really disappointing. Probably $600+ in clothes we wear regularly. Sad part was we didn’t even leave when the stuff was taken, it happened while we were there.Quite pricey and have spent 1000s of dollars here in my time in the area. Weekdays are better but weekends need 2x cleaning to keep it useable. Not so keen on coming back at this point, they are running a bit of a monopoly in the area so to justify high prices they could tweak a few things— cleanliness on the weekends and deterring bad actors would help this place stand out, maybe closing the back door permanently. This place could also use a well defined recycle bin and a small sink for hand washing (I understand not wanting a bathroom) but everyone is touching everything so a sink would be appropriate. The machines toward the back do not clean well or have many run options like a double rinse, the front machines have more options and get taken first

The place is not as clean as it shows on the picture. Garbage everywhere. Some dryer doors don’t even close, had to stand pushing it for 20min cuz the machine didn’t want to refund my quarters back I managed to fix it but still the place needs to be visited at least every 4hrs to keep it looking presentable

My favorite laundromat they have great machines and they're open late. And I can always find a spot for my RV to park and one night I was there late and I met the staff they were super sweet.

As someone who regularly uses the laundromats on the peninsula this is definitely one of the better laundromats and my personal go-to pick for several reasons most are likely to appreciate.Pros:1. Care for their customers.2. The Closing hour of 12AM is if you agree with the nightly cleaning staff to make sure the doors are locked on your way out. This is a huge perk especially when I was working massive overtime and wasn’t able to start my laundry until 11PM. Nevertheless I was consistently welcomed to stay and dry my loads long after everyone had cleared out. I really appreciate this. And I’m hardly the only one who uses this to their advantage. Many regulars are aware of this and appreciate being able to get their laundry done once the crowds have dispersed.3. Machines have been updated and they are of quality. These are sturdy, clean, well maintained machines.4. A good variety of machine and dryer sizes and wash features.5. An overall safe environment. (Comparing this to something like the laundromat off Norfolk in San Mateo which is crawling with unsavory characters when the sun goes down and has gang signs tagged on its fences ?).6. Have vending machines with snacks and another with a variety of detergents.7. Coin machines have been updated to produce dollar coins and they seem to have handled the recent nigh daily issue before this update of people coming in and abusing the machines as their personal bill to coin exchange during the national coin shortage.Cons:1. There might only be 3 people their but they’ve brought enough clothes to take up three quarters of the washers and all but one dryer. This is pretty common and the people who do this aren’t considerate. They definitely have a first come first serve attitude.2. As mentioned there are certain times when homeless and or unsavory individuals are lurking in and around the laundromat. At night I’ve had some creepy young man just stand near my car out back while I was waiting within it. I’ve also had an older homeless gentleman stand inches from my front bumper for a good half hour. And they just stare. My mace is at the ready.3. Parking can be tricky during peak afternoon and evening hours. They have two spaces out back where two more cars can park directly behind you and box you in if they can fit. And I’ve never had a problem getting someone to move when needed and let me out. Be mindful of this when you go, especially if you’ve parked behind someone. Out front is regular street parking. It might take a trip or two around the block but you’ll find something close soon enough.

Expensive and does not have working quarter machines. Washer and Dryer Machines were clean, but floor and laundry counters were a mess. Won’t come back unless needing to in an emergency.

Clean spaces and clean machines. A bit pricey, $10.50 for the big one. They have WiFi (haven’t tried) and vending machines and coin changer. 2 parking spots on the back, 2 20min parking in front.

Loaded machines. Went to get quarters. Both machines empty and no alternative payment options. Had to unload them all over again and find another laundromat.
