I ordered two canvas prints for same day pickup as a last minute valentines gift. I received an alert saying it was ready for pickup. When I got to the store it turns out they were out of the equipment to assemble my canvas. The sales associates Cassie & Odalis were quick to find an alternate print with what they had in store and seriously saved the day. If it wasn’t for them I would be out of a valentines gift, but I’m so happy they were here. Now that I know how great the team at CVS is, I’m never going to Walgreens again!

I highly recommend the store for the abundance and variety of products. There is also a great sample aisle that has a large variety of items. However, my experience with an associate in the pharmacy was less than ideal.

Called to make sure Rx filled. I was told that it'd take 30 minutes. An hour later, nothing was done and asked to wait another 20 minutes. Chatting in the back and not filling any Rx.

I love this store. It’s so close to my house and upmost respect for all the staff who works there. I think that you get busy in time to time, but I don’t know why customers wants like a top high class service, which is similar to Cartier when you just go to a damn pharmacy I think be nice if we all can be nice to each other and be friendly to the stuff they have to put up with a lot even though beings and you think people are nicer with that said merry Christmas and happy new year!!! ???

This one is very different to all the other CVS I have been. Really happy staff. Pretty big with the usual CVS stuff. No self checkout though. Photo services seems to be available. Nice availability of beauty stuff including L’Oréal, maybelline, Revlon.

The Pharmacy never answer the phone. I have been using them for years and I am very close to leaving and going to Walgreens or an online pharmacy. This is the worst customer service!

Lines are always incredibly long and (as one other reviewer mentioned) I was also signed up for the extracare subscription service while being told that it was a "coupon". Outright lied to, and only told that it was a paid service when I noticed something off on the signature screen. Also they don't have a way to get a human when calling, so you have to play an insane back and forth game with their AI callbot in order to figure out things like if your prescription is read or not. Genuinely nightmarish and the only reason I go here is because it's close by.

Cashier named Marina or something, she’s a bit older, took 15 minutes talking to customer making a line of 10 people. If she would just would just shut up and proceed the line. The son of the customer who she was talking with seemed embarrassed

Google hours display open hours until 12am, but doors were closed at 10pm on a Tuesday night. An inconvenience when I wanted to conveniently pick up some toiletry items!!

From the standard check out to the pharmacy this place is sooo slow. Im talking half an hour to buy a chocolate bar when two people are ahead of you in line. Make it make sense.

I give one star only for the inconsistent pharmacy hours that are posted on the website, outside the store and at the pharmacy itself. Please, please please can they just match up? I was depending on a medication tonight to help me get a good night’s rest tonight after speaking at length with my doctor over the phone. He put in the order and my husband drove over to pick up the medication. He messaged me telling me the pharmacy had closed at 8pm when the CVS website specifically said 9pm. He even spoke to someone who was still at the pharmacy to see if they could possibly transfer my prescription to another pharmacy that was open later. Nope. Five stars for the courtesy clerks and the main manager of the store who do a fabulous job!

I only come here because there isn’t a better choiceThey constantly reach out to my doctor to get refills for the most expensive prescriptions.They robodial me at 8:30am and 5pm every day asking to enable automatic refill.After I turned off automatic calls, an actual person called me asking to enable automatic refills. I asked them to stop calling and they gave me a number to call to get them to stop calling. There’s no way to only keep prescription notifications and only turn off upsells.Sometimes their system just forgets my order. I’ve spent hours on the phone only to find out that my order doesn’t exist in their system.Their hours aren’t even centrally located, some are posted inside and some outside, and they don’t always match.The people working here are fine, but I don’t know how corporate CVS sleep at night.
