“Great customer service! Nancy and the floor manager, William were very accomodating and patient. They helped resolve my problem quickly and Nancy, who was the main person helping me, was incredibly nice the entire time. Above and beyond team, thank you for the help!”

“We were having difficulty with our security cameras and we had a complementary visit by a Daisy Care Technician, Jesse C. He was absolutely amazing in providing professional assistance. He was attentive to our needs and concerns, was able to get our cameras working again, assisted us with navigation through the app process by providing step by step instructions, and explantation. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Additionally, he completed system updates bringing back security to our home. We definitely look forward to working with Daisy Care!”
