Stroller Strides is the best postpartum workout and social activity you could ever wish for! Right when you're "in the thick of it," it's so nice to be surrounded by supportive parents who really get it. As life happens with a newborn, sometimes it's hard to get out of the house, but getting out in the fresh air for morning Stroller Strides was the best thing for my physical and mental health! I am so grateful for the awesome instructors, the lovely people I met and became friends with in class, and the community in general. I recommend Stroller Strides to all new moms, it was my maternity leave saving grace! Also, the workouts are sneaky, and you don't realize how good they are until you're sore the next day.

I was recently introduced to stroller strides by a friend of mine, and started taking the courses by FIT4MOM Peninsula. The courses are above my expectations because they have awesome instructors, great class setups and workout plans. Not only am I able to have effective workouts that help with my postpartum recovery, I get to have quality time with my little one, get to know other mothers who live nearby. The instructors are fun and every class fly by quickly filled with laughs and sweat!

Fit4Mom has super fun and positive outdoor classes for moms at any stage in their fitness journey. I love that the instructors help out and entertain my little one if he becomes fussy. The classes include different moves to keep the routine fresh. I highly recommend!

Love Fit4Mom and the Stroller Strides class! Such a fun community and the classes are engaging, unique, and adaptable for whatever level you're at. I was nervous about bringing a baby to class- and within the first class Vanessa helped to rock my baby so I could keep the workout going! Much appreciated and always look forward to joining!

Wonderful instructors, and a supportive community of moms of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. A perfect opportunity to get outside of the house with your baby - although, you are welcome to come without the baby, too. I've loved every workout!

Supportive community of mamas (great to meet new mom friends) and the instructors (who are also moms) always bring positive high energy to classes.Classes are always full of laughs and great mom advice and tips. Plus your body feels great because you're moving and getting stronger while exercising outdoors with other mamas! Highly recommend for any moms. I looked forward to class every day during my leave!

Fit4Mom is an amazing workout AND community! Perfect way to get out of the house to meet up with moms with all the empathy and support plus getting back into shape. I loved how stress-free it was with the baby - the instructors and classmates are super understanding and helpful with crying or fussy babies. Can’t recommend more highly for new moms!

Highly recommend Fit4Mom! I started going with my last (5th!) child, when she was a wee 3 months, and immediately felt welcomed into a mama tribe. The instructors have a varied, interesting, boot camp/barre style regimen that changes each time, sometimes with thematic elements due to holidays, and/or fun community add-ins with coffee/book swaps/etc. The workout was great, that you can dial up or down (mine was the down side, often due to too much chatting!), and there was wonderful support when our babies woke/cried. Sometimes an instructor would push them in the stroller and sing, given us precious hands free minutes to exercise and take ME time, and if we needed to snuggle or nurse them, complete support and flexibility. Just wish I had started going with my earlier kids! Don't make the same mistake, try Fit4Mom!

Michele and Vanessa and all the instructors are the best! The workouts are as hard as you want them to be, and the instructors do a great job of coming up with fun and different workout plans every session. The classes are also an excuse to get outside and enjoy the local parks, as well as to share experiences with other moms who are in the same stage of life/motherhood.

I love Fit4Mom! I was walking in the park one day and watched a wonderful class with each successive lap. I had to know more about the program. Heather, the coach and Vanessa one of the owners were so welcoming and invited me to a future class. Right off, I should say, I’m 27 years past a “stroller exercise class” and maybe, double the age of the average Mom in the group, but I went to the Body Boost class (HIIT class) the next week and I was hooked. I continue to attend twice weekly and over the past 9 months have found muscle definition, improved aerobic conditioning and a lovely group of women. Moms of all ages should consider this program. They are quick with modifications and while I may not be a “burpee”fan, I make it work for me. This program is a hidden gem in San Carlos, don’t miss it.

As a busy mother of three, I was not really looking for "baby and me" type classes when I gave birth to our littlest one. When I had my first baby, I felt like I had more time for these types of experiences but did not feel like I could carve out the same time with the second or third baby.When I finally tried to get my body back into shape and discovered the community and REAL workouts available at Fit4Mom, I was overjoyed. The experience is welcoming for moms and babies, and even their older siblings.The only thing stopping me from coming back to classes is having another baby...not that I am! BUT if I did, I would be right back there in Stroller Strides.

This is THE most amazing and welcoming group to make you feel strong and empowered as a momma! The workouts are challenging and creative! They have options for every level. The stroller classes are amazing because you can come as you are- with your crying baby or restless toddler in tow. The instructors guide you to workout all while singing and helping to soothe your restless kiddo! They're truly incredible!! And if you want to be kid free- they have options for more challenging classes without kids! With classes offered every day, it makes it super easy to build in time each week despite being a busy momma! The unlimited monthly class pass is such a steal (especially for the Bay Area!) And this is such a great community of mommas to get plugged into. I'm SO glad I discovered SF Peninsula Fit4Mom!

Discovering Fit4Moms when we moved to California from Germany made all the difference. Thanks to the great FIT4MOMs community I met wonderful moms and I love the fitness classes. The variety and flexibility is amazing - they are offering in person classes for different fitness levels every day and the virtual and on demand classes fit into the busy days of moms. I can also highly recommend their Body Well program - a great 8 week program which teaches you small changes you can incorporate into your daily life to make you feel better. You will not only improve your fitness but also learn about nutrition and overall well-being.

I remember showing up to my first class, not knowing what to expect since you are able to bring your baby or toddler. How much of a tough workout will I get. I was WRONG, it was amazing and I felt a strong sense of community right off the bat. I enjoy the flexibility of being able to bring my child and meet and bond with other moms while doing something for myself! I appreciate that the instructors help when a baby is crying so you can focus on your workout. They will host external activities like nights out and have speakers on various topics come to workout sessions. I'm glad I started during my maternity leave!
