“A first-time customer visiting their physical office because I couldn't complete opening an account online from home.There's no front desk, but the staff was prompt to check in with me when one of them finally had a moment before assisting his other client.The total wait time was about 40 minutes (I arrived at noon), but again, the staffs did what they could when they could... to check in with me twice and to ensure I'm not just being abandoned, lol.And all I had to do was complete opening a new account on their iPad... which was sitting on the desk where I was waiting. “11.15 afternoon. It was very big and quiet on Friday. The new building is for startups and the splendid old building is for officials and managers. We listened to introduction to Franklin Templeton, Fintech and global payments. Later we had a tour. The small meeting room was like Star Trek. The garden was fabulous. We had candies. The desks can be modulated height. The living room is so bright. We took a picture with Benjamin Franklin's statue. It took us about 75 minutes to go back.”

He is patient honest and takes quality time and answer questions, as I was a new person to sell precious metals. For example, I had an 18k white gold band inside a lot of sterling to be melted.
