They thoroughly train clients on device operation, stress the importance of sanitizing, and allow practice until comfortable. Staff take time to answer questions, help with insurance, and spend over an hour if needed to find a good mask fit. The service is described as professional and kind, sending clients home with confidence for a successful sleep therapy experience. While a billing communication issue was noted, it was subsequently sorted out.
I just picked up my CPAP at the store so I could be fitted there. It was an excellent experience. James expertly walked me through every aspect of using the machine as well as maintenance. He patientely allowed me to test several things and practice using the mask/machine until I felt comfortable with the process.

Editing this review as I did eventually get aa call back and things seem to be sorted out. Was having an issue and cannot get through to their billing department after leaving emails and voicemails over the past 5 days.
