My daughter called in asking about a Jellycat (the sad rat). They didn’t have it, but the woman who answered was super nice and actually took her number down in case they get it
in. It was just a simple phone call, but she sounded so nice and gave such great customer service and had a conversation with her… unlike other stores that just said “no sorry” or “no” and hung up. It really stood out.

This specific Therapy store is my go-to for thoughtful gifts for friends & family (and the occasional treat for myself too :) I wanted to shout out Melissa especially as I had a very specific Jellycat in mind to gift a friend and she coordinated a transfer from another store location so that I could pick this up in time for the holidays. Thank you for going the extra mile to make Christmas magic happen! ⭐🎁

Visiting San Carlos, one of my most special memories is walking through this store and meeting the kindest and friendliest shop keeper, Melissa. The store items were lovely features too - so unique and many-meaningful. I am grateful for your presence!

Gaby is an exceptional staff member at the therapy store, where you can find a wide range of therapeutic products. If you're looking for a thoughtful gift for a loved one, the therapy store has everything you need. The San Carlos community is fortunate to have such a valuable resource in the therapy store.

Oh that's an adorable shop.. I love the little gifts and items they have and just the amazing staff..I got the spicewalla set with harissa Berbere spices and excited to cook some Middle Eastern dishes

Lovely store filled with so many wonderful gifts! It's a perfect place to shop and the staff is so kind. All sorts of variety and humor can be found here. Love it! Also, dog friendly!

I've been meaning to leave this review for weeks- but I passed by therapy in burlingame and remembered my wonderful experience in therapy SC. I randomly decided to pop in and was immediately met with warm friendly energy from the manager whose name is Danielle if i'm remembering correctly. Not only did she give me the whole run down of the store, their other locations, and it's origins, but she also conversed with me in a genuine way. We talked about our bay area roots, and for the first time in a while I experienced the small town feel I remember from when I was little. The bay area has changed A LOT, which makes authentic interactions here feel that much more meaningful. This store is a gem and the people they employ fall into that category as well. I can't wait to go back to say hi and also shop for my new niece If you need a gift, a treat for yourself, a quirky find, or lovely conversation, absolutely stop in to therapy San Carlos!

I am so amazed by the unique selection of the products at the San Carlos location. They are very unique and not the stuff you find in general department stores. Marcus is very helpful and he always wears a smile on his face, making it a very enjoyable experience shopping in the store. Highly recommend this place for unique shopping experience.

Love love love this shop! Such fun merchandise, a lot of cute & quirky/memorable items, all of it beautiful & joy-sparking! They’ve got everything from baby/kids clothing & toys, candles, drink ware, books, purses, lunch bags, stationery, clothing, jewelry, cards, and plenty more. I really love how there’s so much in here from local artists, too. The shop owner is super warm & friendly, as well!
