This place has a major problem with being understaffed. It seems like any products that are even $10 will be behind a glass case that you need an employee to open. The first challenge is finding the button to call the employee. When your find and push it, you hear a store-wide alert: "help needed in [your Aisle]" Often no employee will actually come because there's only one person in the whole store and they're working the register. The alert gets more and more urgent until eventually it turns off. I just wanted to buy a product worth $9, but I waited for an employee to help and then gave up. Generally I'll avoid this place from now on. It's got a lot of inventory but it seems inaccessible based on their processes

The pharmacy technician can't give me updates of my medication I've been trying to call multiple times i was told they are going to transfer to another pharmacy technician but when they transfer me they pick up the phone and put me on hold ? I just want updates ? of my medication ? bad customer service

Came to this pharmacy to purchase medicine. Yes, I understand I was not picking up a prescription but then again it was no line at the time.The pharmacy staff were incredibly rude. I spent almost $60 on medicine and they try to upcharge 25 cents for a bag to carry my things out. Not to mention the young lady whom began ringing me up abruptly leaves because she’s upset I do not have a prescription then a rude man comes to complete the transaction who was worse than the sour girl who began my transaction. Walgreens, this is unacceptable behavior. Maybe your pharmacy employees specifically need a refresher in their customer service training. Needless to say, I got a free bag before leaving the store but I’ll skip this location for next time. No wonder it has a 1 star review.

I'm sorry to say that I avoid Walgreens if at all possible. They are chronically understaffed, and it's impossible to find what I need since they rearranged the store. Staff seems clueless when you actually can find them for help.

Dangerous ignorance along with disgusting customer service. I needed time sensitive medication and they never called back when they got my prescription. When I called to see what was going on, I was on hold for 17 minutes then the pharmacy picked up he phone and hung up. I called again to speak to a manager, something happened again. If this was life threatening situation for medication then I wouldn't have ended well as they are a "24/7" pharmacy. I can't believe people can be this careless and ignorant. Shut this branch down for safety.

I thought the other one star reviews had to be a mistake. No. It’s comical. I’m in a line of people laughing. There is one person who doesn’t seem to know what he is doing. And I’ve been waiting 30 minutes and one person was “helped” (told to come back) and I don’t know what the pharmacist is actually doing back there. Most of the 30 minutes he has been MIA.

Always a line when you go to pick up and when you try and speak to someone over the phone in pharmacy, they place you on hold multiple times until THEY eventually just hang up on you instead of taking a minute to find out why we waited twenty minutes to speak with someone.

The pharmacy will not pick up the phone under any circumstance and going there in person doesn't even help. They told me my medication was waiting on a Prior Auth from my insurance but when I called my insurance no such thing was needed and the pharmacy never even processed it in the first place! Terrible place.

This is one of the worst Walgreens I have been to, there's barely any staff to help you. Elevated prices as well compared to online.

This has been my go-to Walgreens for prescriptions for years. The pharmacy department is incredibly slow - my goodness!!
However, I just visited and was delighted by the sexual wellness aisle. I didn't know you could buy paternity tests?! May also have to go back time and demand one for my son Aiden - there's not a chance my ex-husband could be the father of my seriously awesome lovable child. Or immaculate conception? God, let's hope! There was a lot of alcohol involved that night, a watching berner and a Canadian!

Gone downhill since COVID. Lack of staff, combined with busy location and 24 hour means ling wait times. Product selection esp for certain cold medicines is not what it should be.
